Sought after holiday park between Looe and Polperro including full access to all park facilities which include both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, carp fishing lake (licence required), tennis court, crazy golf, clubhouse, entertainment, takeaway, kids club, children's play area with grassed football and basketball facilities and a well stocked shop. One double bedroom, one twin room and a pull out sofabed in the lounge. There is a family bathroom with a double shower. Fully equipped kitchen/diner with microwave, full size cooker, full size fridge freezer and dining table. Spacious lounge with a remote controlled electric fire, 40" TV. Corner sofa as well as separate sofa. Patio doors leading to a generous wrap around deck ideal for sitting and relaxing on the ample outdoor furniture. Prime peaceful location with only fields to the rear.
