Bedding provided and hand towels in the bathrooms and tea towels in the kitchen. We do not provide bath towels, please bring your own. Luxury thick carpets and ceiling spot lights throughout.

The living room has a comfortable 2 seater sofa and a 5 seater corner unit. Large 42 inch TV with Xbox, games, books, and children's games. Double glazed patio doors lead to the large veranda with outdoor dining for six with additional folding chairs on the front veranda.

The modern kitchen has a full size gas cooker and a full size fridge freezer, kitchen has all mod cons, food mixer, coffee machine, teapot, and teacups. kettle and toaster, combi microwave and baking trays, iron and ironing board etc. We provide some essential food items for your convenience, sauces, gravy products, pasta and rice, tea, coffee, sugar and milk.

Master bedroom has comfortable double bed with plenty of space, under bed storage for suitcases, wardrobe and drawers, dressing table with stool, large TV and en-suite toilet. 2nd bedroom has single bed under the windrow with a low cabin bed over the foot with built in storage, leaving plenty of space, tv and DVD player. 3rd bedroom has a high sleeper bed, and single bed under the windrow with a pull out bed which can be made up into an additional single or a double bed. wardrobe provides storage. 24 inch TV with Xbox.

Main bathroom has a modern large shower with shelf lighting, toilet, sink, and towel rail. 2nd veranda has a cute bistro table with two chairs. Set in a quiet Cul-De-Sac with a parking bay.

Wild Duck is a secure site with three play areas for the children, outdoor and an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, licensed restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, large TVs and music. Live lounge provides evening entertainment. please buy your entertainment passes at the main reception. Wild Duck has an onsite convenience shop and fish and chip shop.
