Owner Description

BRAND NEW for 2019 2 bedroom centrally heated and double glazed caravan, the large front deck can be accessed by the large open front patio doors to enable you to enjoy the amazing views over the mountains and the coastline of Borth. The decking area provides opportunity to enjoy those breathtaking views while enjoying your meals with 4 seats and a large table. The caravan is fully equipped with everything you need, including two and three seat sofas, the three converts into a lovely sofa bed, a double sized power shower, walk in wardrobe and hairdryer in the master bedroom.. Fresh linen shall be provided on all 3,4 and 7 day breaks and the caravan shall be freshly cleaned prior to your arrival. All bills are covered in the price including water, electric and gas. Fresh tea towels and cleaning products are available including a small hoover just in case. I would suggest you bring your own towels but some shall be made available if required. We ask you please to leave the caravan as beautifully as you found it on your arrival ready for the next guests to arrive.

To access the holiday park amenities you shall require entertainment/pool passes, these are not included in the price of the rental and can be purchased separately on arrival from reception. The park facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool with slide, amusements arcades, park with climbing frame and football area and a club house open all day and into the night serving food and drink. If any problems occur while on your holiday you shall have full access to the park maintenance team who will quickly rectify any issues i.e low gas, tv aerial etc. .

Location
The beach is located at the bottom of the park 2 mins from the entrance to the site, Borth has a blue flag beach, and very clean, there are rocks on part of the beach where you can enjoy crabbing, if you follow the coast down the beach becomes less rocky and has much more sand. Borth is a small town with some shops and a couple of pubs, a couple of which have amazing beach gardens to sit and enjoy when the sun is out and a small boutique cinema. In the height of the season, there is also Borth Animalarium. If you are looking for a large shopping centre this can be found 5 miles away in Aberystwyth which can be accessed by car train or local bus, here you shall find many shops, restaurants and a large pier with bars, amusements and fish and chips. Approximately 2/3 miles drive down the sea front Ynyslas can be found, this is a beautiful sandy beach where the river meets the sea and the view over the estuary to Aberdovey.

There are many places to visit surrounding Borth and Aberystwyth, of which a selection of leaflets can be found in reception.
