This was our second stay this year in this caravan. When we saw it was available again we immediately booked! It truly is amazing, modern, comfortable, clean and is on an exceptional plot right in front of the lake. My kids get excited about feeding the ducks out the front of the van just like last time. The site it sits on is clean well maintained. The owners are a sincere pleasure to deal with. I'll be having more stays in this caravan!

Beautiful caravan in a perfect location with a beautiful view of the lake which we enjoyed fishing in, only a few minutes walk to the beach. My children loved feeding the ducks and geese everyday. Excellent communication with the owners. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. We will definitely book with you again

The caravan is absolutely outstanding and in immaculate condition. It's located by the fishing lake making the location perfect! The view, both day and night is spectacular, the water adds to the relaxation in my opinion, especially when sitting out on the decking or having the doors open from the living area. My kids enjoyed feeding the ducks and geese the whole weekend! I'd highly recommend this Caravan, it is beautifully presented and has all the facilities you'd need for a relaxing holiday, including Wifi and Smart TV's. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach or into Ingoldmells, we hardly used the car whilst we were on our short break. I'd also highly recommend Lee and Angie, the owners who made the whole booking process as smooth as possible, with great communication, even taking the time to answer a lot of my questions prior to me booking. I'm already looking to book again!

We stayed here for a weeks break. The weather matched the caravan, both were fantastic. Home from home , very comfortable and relaxing sitting on the veranda. We will be booking again next year. Excellent communication from the owners.

We stayed here for 5 days and it was a home from home..So Welcoming, clean and comfortable Everything you need was on hand for cooking, cleaning and entertainment in the van Absolute bonus it is on the Lakeside so a few hours fishing too !! Would not hesitate to recommend anyone to stay here its a lovely place And good communication with Lee and Angie all the way through :) Will book again for sure 5 Stars is the minimum i would give for the accommodation Well done John and Linda

Stayed in this beautiful caravan for a week. Beautiful van done to a very high standard, everything in that you need from xbox to Netflix and board games and even a washing machine. In a lovely location looking over the lake with the ducks and geese and all the wildlife. Partner loved it for the fishing. Hosts very responsive with any queries. Will definitely come back.

I cannot possibly find a fault with anything regarding our stay! An absolutely gorgeous caravan on a lovely caravan site. The caravan was decorated to a high standard with lovely finishing touches which made it feel like home. The cleanliness of the caravan was absolutely outstanding. There was everything we needed during our stay and so much more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication between the owners was perfect. Such lovely and caring people who certainly go the extra mile to make your stay absolutely perfect! We would highly recommend staying at this caravan.

Enjoyed a lovely week....lovely caravan kids enjoyed waking up to the ducks and geese every morning.....nice relaxing atmosphere Already booked for next year and communication with the owners was perfect. Absolutely fantastic caravan, home from home, situated on a quiet part of the site with amazing views over looking the lake. The caravan was cleaned to a very high standard and we will not hesitate in booking again in the future

Beautiful caravan in a lovely quiet location. Cannot possibly find a fault with our experience. The caravan was really stunning and like a hotel to walk in to. Very spacious and lovely layout. with all the finishing touches that made it feel like home. It had everything we needed and much more. The owners were caring and attentive and incredibly thoughtful and made sure that we had a wonderful time away. Very good communication and very fast response to any queries. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!
