The holiday home is luxurious, very comfortable and tastefully decorated and comes equipped with everything you need for a relaxing "home from home" experience.

5 STAR

The development is new and is the only 5* area on the site. Situated in a separate area just across the lane from the main site it is still less than a 5 minute walk from all of the site amenities and entertainment centre.

The large rear lawn area backs onto mature woodland and a small stream in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The location is private, quiet and tranquil. The decking is more generous than most of the main site and is blessed with spacious and sympathetic siting with a frontal view of newly planted hedgerows and shrubbery and traditional pobble stone walling.

Access to the Wales Coastal Path is a short walk down the lane to Cei Bach where the beautiful sandy beach leads off to Newquay proper. Newquay is a bustling busy and charming resort town with a relaxed atmosphere and plentiful eateries and a host of activity operators offering excursions and day trips for all tastes.

There are numerous golf courses within easy driving distance of the site.

The area is popular with cyclists and is within easy reach of several mountain biking centres.

This is a NO SMOKING van and no barbecues are to be lit on the decking. Please use the spacious lawn area to the rear.

Duvets and pillows are provided so guests will need to bring sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases, plus towels and tea towels.

There is a refundable damage bond of £200
