Description

Number 22 Milkwood Way is a 2019 Swift Bordeaux Exclusive MK4 with wrap around decking and a large front deck. Classed as Prestige with decking.

The holiday home is luxurious, very comfortable and tastefully decorated and comes equipped with everything you need for a relaxing "home from home" experience.

5 STAR

The development is new and is the only 5* area on the site. Situated in a separate area just across the lane from the main site it is still less than a 5 minute walk from all of the site amenities and entertainment centre and benefits from being gated so that no unwelcome traffic will disturb your peace and safety.

The large rear lawn area backs onto mature woodland and a small stream in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The location is private, quiet and tranquil. The decking is more generous than most of the main site and is blessed with spacious and sympathetic siting with a frontal view of newly planted hedgerows and shrubbery and traditional pobble stone walling.

Access to the Wales Coastal Path is a short walk down the lane to Cei Bach where the beautiful sandy beach leads off to Newquay proper. Newquay is a bustling busy and charming resort town with a relaxed atmosphere and plentiful eateries and a host of activity operators offering excursions and day trips for all tastes.

There are numerous golf courses within easy driving distance of the site.

The area is popular with cyclists and is within easy reach of several mountain biking centres.

Please note that changeover days are Monday and Friday

This is a NO SMOKING van and no barbecues are to be lit on the decking. Please use the spacious lawn area to the rear.

Duvets and pillows are provided so guests will need to bring sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases, plus towels and tea towels.

There is a refundable damage bond of £100

I visited the caravan alongside 6 of my family members for a Monday - Friday holiday. Firstly, Glenn the owner has been fantastic answering my many questions regarding the caravan and location etc. The caravan is situated in a quiet area just outside the main Haven Quay West Park which was perfect. So quiet and peaceful but only a very short stroll away from all of the main facilities and beach. The caravan itself is immaculate, very clean and had everything we could have needed. It was nice to have a large decking area with a table that could seat all 7 of us. We would definitely recommend this caravan and I'm sure we will be back.

Excellent caravan in a beautiful quiet spot. Clean, tidy everything you need. We took our parents in their 80's. Managed the walk down the lane to the beach and the main road into Newquay and back. Fish and chips at Lime and Crab and The Bluebell Restaurant are fabulous.

What a great holiday! The caravan is on a lovely quiet area of the holiday park, it was so lovely to wake up to birdsong every morning. We even managed a spot of bird watching out of the main bedroom window. Looking forward to staying again, in the future.

The caravan is immaculately clean with a very modern finish and everything you could need for a getaway. It's situated in a very quiet part of the park, about a 5 mins walk to the club house, and is nice and relaxing to sit on the decking with a glass of wine playing cards (we took our own cards and board games therefore didn't notice if they were supplied). There were 8 chairs on the decking with a very large table for outdoor dining. The beds were comfortable and one bedroom has an en suite. The owners were lovely and I would stay at this caravan again.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful caravan in a quiet tranquil area of the park . The caravan is immaculate and I would highly recommend. The owner give us some good tips on where to eat and local beaches etc. Would definitely book again. Thanks you.

Superb new caravan in excellent condition; comfortably furnished and spotless. Well equipped plus loads of little extras (quality outside furniture, dishwasher etc). Situated in a lovely quiet gated area just off main site but only a five minute walk to all facilities. Best of both worlds. Owner very helpful. Would certainly recommend.

Lovely clean spacious Caravan in a nice quiet spot but just 5 minutes walk to the main site and beach. Bonus of having a dishwasher and 2 toilets. Owners were friendly and quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely recommend this caravan.

This caravan is exceptional! The owners are very nice and easily contactable. Milkwood Way is across the lane from the main Quay West site although all facilities are still easily accessible. It took us 8mins last night to walk from the van to the main complex. This van offers peace and quiet and is beautifully laid out with a lovely outdoor area to compliment the high end interior... We will be back!
