You will enjoy all the little extra touches to make your holiday experience even more special. Double french doors provide access onto the glorious & spacious veranda where you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the world go by or simply keeping an eye on the kids. The decking also wraps around the side with a gate, making it a safe area for the younger ones and also your equally precious 'four legged' members of your family.

Lounge:
This spacious, open plan area has a modern but homely feel, with two luxurious sofa's, one of which incorporating a pull out double sofa-bed, free standing coffee table, contemporary electric fire, 32" flat screen TV, USB & HDMI with DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker system. French doors leading to the veranda.

Kitchen/Dining:
The stylish, well-equipped kitchen contains everything you should need and comprises a full sized gas oven and 4 burner hob, integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster - we even provide your tea towels! There is a free standing dining room table and six dining room chairs.

Master Bedroom with En-suite WC:
A double bed, complete with duvets & pillows and linen ensures you have everything you need for a perfect night's sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with gorgeous fitted wardrobes and drawers as well as a vanity dressing table, flat screen TV and hairdryer.

Twin Bedrooms x 2:
Both bedrooms have two single beds, complete with pillows as well as linen.
Bathroom:
The bathroom contains a large shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside:
From the glorious decking you can enjoy a glass of wine or simply watch the world go by.

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain play passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception or in advance (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

Perran Sands Holiday Park offers numerous facilities to keep the whole family entertained. There are heated indoor & outdoor pools with a flume & newly constructed lazy river. Other on park facilities include adventure golf, kart hire, an all weather sports court for football & basketball. There is also a sports hub where they carry out archery & fencing.

On site you will also find a well stocked convenience store with in-store bakery, a gift shop & launderette. A hire shop is also available to provide you with anything which you may have forgotten.

There are numerous places to eat and drink including the Funky Fish Restaurant, Surf Bay which also provides WIFI access, Papa Johns Pizza who offer a full delivery service to your caravan, plus Cooke's a traditional fish & chip shop. There is The Coast Sports Bar open throughout the day & evening for drinks & snacks, with a Pool & Darts, Sky TV and an outside seating area. The Fun Works Centre incorporates an amusement arcade leading through to the Live Lounge which hosts shows and entertainment throughout the day.

The village of Perranporth is only a mile away, with a scheduled bus service collecting and dropping off throughout the day. Alternatively Perranporth can be reached on foot via the coast path running alongside the golf course and onto Perranporth beach & the famous Watering Hole Beach Bar. The village itself has a number of interesting shops, cafe's and restaurants, the majority of which are dog friendly. There is a boating lake & gardens.

Perranporth is a famous surfing destination attracting surfers of all abilities. For anyone wanting to try their hand, there are a number of equipment hire shops which also offer lessons.

We had a lovely week. The caravan is beautiful. Everything you need for a perfect holiday. Lovely views and perfect for walking the dog.

Lovely caravan fantastic greeting on arrival with a bottle of wine, packet of dog treats for the dogs and a lovely greeting card welcoming us. We had an issue with the TV but host prompt to sort it. This holiday was for my husband, myself and our 2 dogs, however there is plenty to do for everybody, Beach just a stroll away and a lovely walk into Perranporth itself. Cant wait to return Thank you

Payment can be made either by Debit or Credit Card. A full emailed Booking Confirmation will be generated containing a copy of our Booking Terms & Conditions together with a Booking Summary.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded after departure following successful inspection.
