Lovely holiday home! Clean, well presented, super location. We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda, watching the world go by. Close to the on-site restaurant and shop, would highly recommend!

We have just returned from a 5 day stay & have thoroughly enjoyed our break. The caravan was spacious, modern & very clean. We were impressed with the ‘home from home’ amenities ie WiFi, tv on the wall, Alexa speaker for music & radio. The shower was quite powerful & better than expected. There is more than enough storage, with the added benefit of 2 toilets! We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the rattan chairs & sofa too as we were very fortunate to have excellent weather throughout our stay. The caravan is situated quite close to the site shop, which we found useful & also only a very short walk across to one of the best beaches we have ever been on. I would highly recommend this caravan for your stay & the owner Rose Lynch is very efficient with contact & information as you need it. Thank you so much, we will definitely be returning ????

We came here for the Easter bank holiday weekend. I was able to do an early check in for a small additional fee which was really great. Rose was always readily available on messages if we needed to know anything, super helpful! The caravan was lovely, clean and fresh and we would definitely book again. The location was also amazing with big spaces behind for the children to run around. Thanks again guys ????

Just spent 4 lovely nights at Rose’s holiday home, what a fabulous time we had just what we needed with a lovely goodie bag to greet us, most welcome. The caravan was well equipped and in a great position for the beach and the shops. Lovely and quiet with a field across the way for the dog, very convenient and with the wrap around veranda we could let her out without any worries. She loved to lie there in the sun. We have just come home from a lovely week at Golden Sands in this caravan. It was in a great position snd had all the facilities that you need. It was very clean and if we come back to Golden Sands again I wouldn’t hesitate to try snd book this caravan again. Thank you for a fab break Rose.

Perfect holiday.... We have just arrived home after our week's holiday. Had a brilliant time. The caravan was very clean on arrival and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. It's situated in a quiet area on the site but close to all amenities and beach. The caravan has everything you need and is like home from home. The private WiFi and Alexa was brilliant. The decking is lovely and we spent time sat relaxing outside. There is a field across from the caravan which we found useful for our son to play football while still in sight. The communication with Rose was fantastic. She was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble . We have already booked to return next year. Would highly recommend

This is the second time we have stayed in this caravan and we absolutely love it! Great location, great price and amazing and fast service, anytime I had a question or needed info it was quickly provided and the caravan is lovely, you can clearly tell it is loved and taken care of, the outdoor seating is always such a benefit in the warm weather and pet friendly is always a bonus. Spotless comfortable and homely caravan perfectly situated near to the beach and amenities. Loved the decking area and position of the caravan so close to all we wanted like the shop and takeaways. Just had 4 nights in this caravan and what a lovely caravan it is!! Rose left us a little goody bag on arrival and her text messages were so nice and reassuring. The caravan is one of the best ive stayed in before. Modern, clean eveeything you need. Comfy beds. Lovely site. Only thing missing is a coffee table for when sat on the sofa but they may just be me being picky hahahah. Cannot wait to book again. Xx

Beautiful caravan like home from home. Everything in the caravan that you need. In a great location not too far from amenities and 2 min walk to beach and seal sanctuary. Little goodie bag when we arrived just shows how the caravan owner has thought of every little detail to welcome you. Wrap round veranda brilliant for little ones to play on. Will defo look at booking for 2021.

Just had a long weekend at golden sands Mablethorpe. The caravan was pristine and comfortable , the double bed was especially comfy . Close to the beach and dog friendly, we even got some treats for them in our welcome bag.

We have enjoyed a lovely 5 day stay at the caravan. We loved the location so quiet and lovely for children. The loved running on the grass close by. We all slept so well as the beds are so cosy. This is a beautiful caravan, in an excellent location. The special touches, facilities, decking area, gift bag, all made our stay more enjoyable. Rose is an excellent host, who is in contact regularly and ensures that guests have everything they need. I would definitely recommend this caravan!

Wow, fantastic week spent at Mablethorpe, the caravan was spotless the beds were so comfy! Loved the gift bag left by the owner I was like a kid at Xmas! The caravan has everything even bored games for the kids and lots of DVDs to watch! There was also tea coffee and sugar provided. The veranda was amazing to sit outside and have drinks! The caravan is situated in a fantastic location only a 3min walk to the shop and 10 minute to the beach but you are not overlooked by any one. Cannot recommend this caravan enough.

We have just returned from a fabulous weekend away in this beautiful caravan. We are regular visitors to mablethorpe and we return every time with the same giddiness and excitemen year after year. We have stayed in quite a few caravans and chalets and we have to say this is by far the best thought out caravan we have stayed in. Nothing has been forgotten from the many storage baskets in the kitchen and bedrooms to the lovely comfortable decking furniture! These little touches make your stay more enjoyable. If I was lucky enough to have a caravan I would be exactly the same. The children even had a little goody bag left for them with sweets and colouring books and crayons as well as hand sanitisers and face masks! The caravan is in an excelletn location with plenty of outdoor space the children can play it was fabulous to see them being children and enjoying the outdoor space with the beach just a stones throw away! Also i have to mention the best customer service from Rose she is always there at the end if a text and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and we would love to come back next year all being well! Well deserved 5 ????? review from us all.

The caravan was beyond our expectations and was perfect for my children, mother-in-law and myself. It was clean and comfortable and in an excellent location. The site was ideal for our needs and we all had a lovely week away. The local Indian restaurant also delivered to the caravan, which was a bonus.
