Hi welcome to our caravan at Flamingo Land Holiday Resort, we as a large extended family have been visiting and holidaying here at this family resort for many years, we started out with tents moving up to trailer tents then up to a caravan, in 2019 a couple of us family members decided to go that extra mile and purchased our first holiday home, somehow we made it through Covid19, and we intend to try our very best providing those all important family holiday memories rolling

Hi and Welcome to our Van, We are sited on Woodlands number 105
We have been coming to Flamingo Land for the last 20 years and have always had a fantastic time, brilliant for all the family.

On site there is access to the Theme park, Zoo, all the Shows, Evening Entertainment, and Swimming Pool facilities throughout your duration of your stay.

Our van is a 3 bedroom fully central heated huge decking .
Big drive .
And grass around us placed between 2 lodges ..

The van includes all you need from a full kitchen inventory, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, Kettle, Toaster, full size fridge freezer, microwave, central heating and instant hot water.
There is a 40 inch TV,
Iron and ironing board included

Access to a new washing machine and tumble dryer (there is a launderette on site but at £4.50 per wash and £4.00 per dry this could save you a fortune!)

All Bedding IS included.

Also a travel cot, changing mat and high chair.

Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds (these can be pushed together)
Bedroom 2 has a double bed
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds (these can also be put together)
There is also a pull out double bed in the living room.
Separate toilet
And a shower room

We are open to bookings from Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday or a weekly basis whatever you require we will try our best to accommodate you.

We will require a £100 damage / loss deposit, which is fully refundable to you after you have left and all checks have been made.

£50 secures your dates, and your remaining balance will need to be paid 6 weeks before you travel.

If its a short notice booking then the balance will need to be paid in full.

You can check our availability above by looking though and changing to the month you want, and picking your wanted dates, where you will get the option of booking, with just a £50 deposit and the balance paid 6 weeks before travel, so simple!!

*****ATTENTION****
All guests are required to purchase 'Unlimited Access Passes' direct from Flamingo Land on their arrival, from the booking office, you will also need to wear a Flamingo Land wristband for the duration of your stay

Access to your Holiday Home is available from 4pm on your day of arrival, however Flamingo Land itself and all its facilities are open from 10am and you are very welcome to use them whilst you wait.
Departure on the day you leave is 10am

Our caravan is situated on the stunning area of the park called Woodlands. Very close to the leisure complex.

Just returned from a fabulous fortnight 's break in this caravan. On arrival we found the caravan to very clean and had everything we needed - a couple of dishtowels and scourers were left out on the kitchen surface along with oven gloves hanging on the cooker. Having the washing machine was fantastic since we were there for 2 weeks (especially since the onsite launderette was closed for the last few days of our break). Pegs, clothes airer and hanging rails over the decking were also provided. There is also a tumble dryer provided next to the washing machine. I didn't require to use this due to the weather . Loads of DVDs and few children's games were there also (we didn't use any of these due to the fabulous weather but they were available for use if required). A lovely large decking area with a gate had a table , chairs and parasol providing an outdoor eating area together with rattan furniture for relaxing . Everything I have in my kitchen at home has been thought of with loads of cutlery and kitchen utensils. Plastic cups are even available for younger children to use. All the beds were made up for our arrival saving us valuable time. Asda even deliver on site too saving even more time. Any emails I sent were responded to in a timely manner by the owners. Thank you Paul and Kerry for thinking of everything. We wouldl definitely book this caravan again.

We have had the best holiday. Our first little family holiday so we were a little nervous as to how our little girl would be. The caravan is beautiful, lovely and clean, games for the children, beautiful balcony to sit on which was perfect as we had amazing weather. The tv signal was broke due to a fire from the mast that the signal comes from. The owners stocked up many DVDs for all adults and children. The communication from the owners was top service, an update when the caravan would be ready for and informed about the tv situation. Supplied travel cot, Highchair etc which is one less thing we had to worry about bringing with us. Will 100% book again through these owners. Thank you for accommodating us for our stay!

Lovely caravan washer dryer included.Everything you need in ideal position only 10 minute walk to everything.Immaculately clean inside and new decking outside.Only problem was couldn’t get Internet for kids tablets games etc but really not there to sit playing games think you get that problem in most caravans

Stayed here friday till monday the caravan is lovely and got everything you could need. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, also in a good location only a few minutes walk to the theme park and entertainment. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

The caravan is immaculate and has the massive bonus of a washing machine and tumble dryer (with small kids this was amazing!!!). Everything you can imagine to use is there for you, its very well equipped and is very family friendly. I can not fault this caravan at all. The customer service was AMAZING!!! Very easy to book and clear guidelines throughout. You know exactly what is happening well in advance with all the communication and information sent to you. Puts you at ease instantly. The owners are lovely and couldn't have done anymore to help and ensure we had a great holiday. They went above and beyond to make our holiday special. Amazing 5* service.
