From the moment we booked the owners were very accommodating. We originally planned our week away which fell during the COVID lockdown. We asked is we could transfer our week to the 28th May 2022 to 4th June 2022 to match bookings that other family had made at the same site for that week. The owners family were actually due to stay there themselves this week but gave it up to accommodate us! The owners kept us up to date on the booking and about the facilities on offer at the site. The caravan site itself is very easy to find and once on site there is a direct route to the caravan. There is room for parking for two family sized cars with a ramp to help the cars up over the kerb (Nice touch!) Access to the caravan was very easy with the keys being located in a key lock on the gate to the caravan. The access code was sent by text message on the day of arrival by the owner. There is a very large veranda area with two sets of patio chairs and tables. The view from the front of the veranda is lovely looking at the hills. The caravan itself has a very cosy, home from home feeling to it. The furnishings are all very modern and bright and everything felt very clean. The living area/bedrooms are all carpeted and the kitchen and corridor/bathrooms are all laid with fresh vinyl flooring. One thing we really appreciated was the automatic air fresheners in the main living area, master bedroom and bathrooms. It kept the caravan smelling lovely and fresh all week. There is a decent sized TV in the living area. The patio doors open onto the veranda which was lovely to have. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would ever need in a caravan, omelette maker, air fryer, slow cooker, microwave, plenty of pots, pans and oven trays and dishes. Bedrooms were presented lovely. The master bedroom was very spacious and again felt very clean. The two single rooms were perhaps a touch on the small side for what we needed but we did have 4 young adults (21, 17, 17, 15) so we can't complain!. All the bedrooms had their own TV's and plenty of bedside plug sockets to charge phones which our young adults really appreciated. There is a pull out sofa bed in the main living room. Fresh bedding (a brand new/unopened quilt) was provided for this. Bathrooms again felt very clean and the shower in the main bathroom was very spacious. There is also a second toilet in the master bedroom. The caravan is only situated about a 2-3 minute walk from the sites main activities/centre but noise is not a problem. You do get a lot of people walk past the front of the caravan but if you're happy to people watch then that won't bother you. The caravan is also only a 5 minute walk to the beach. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this caravan and would recommend it to anyone. The owners were very pleasant people to deal with and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Amazing caravan and host!! Paula was so friendly and helpful prior to us arriving that it felt like staying in a friend's caravan. The caravan is gorgeous and the little extras touches and all the addition equipment (e.g. iron/hoover) really made it feel home from home. I understand that people don't want to be cleaning on holiday but when you have a toddler and a teenager there's no getting away from it and the additional stuff just made us more comfortable for the week. The location is fabulous for the park facilities and beach access. It is on a bit of a busy corner but the lockable gate on the decking meant our youngest could play outside without fear of him escaping and it's great for people watching with a brew in a morning, the view of the hills is lovely. We've stayed on the park a few times before but this is by far the best caravan and location we have had. We will definitely be booking again!!

Paula was so lovely with her information and tips for the area, and just a call away if needed. The Caravan was spotlessly clean and was like home from home, plenty of GOOD utensils and plenty of cooking implements. A full size fridge freezer was a godsend for us. The beds were made up for us which was a nice change, the fans in the bedrooms were a nice relief from the warm weather we had whilst we were there, and beds were comfortable. A nice large TV in living room, and a good selection of books and a DVD player. Bathroom was a nice size, with a lovely power shower, and a shower seat. It has a ramp up to the verandah which is really big, and wrap around. We didn't buy passes, as we went out and enjoyed the surrounding area. We were Mother, Daughter and Granddaughter (5) We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful stay! Communication with Paula from the point of booking right up to our arrival was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she was so helpful with lots of information, advice and tips. The caravan is as lovely in the flesh as on the photos, but the view from the lounge and veranda over the hills is just beautiful! We went with 4 children (aged 8, 6, 5 & 2) and they had "the best time EVER"! The caravan is really well kitted out and has a brilliant location on the park, just a short walk from the main facilities. We didn't buy the play passes, but filled the week with loads of fun and adventures both on and off site. A fabulous holiday and we hope to return again at some point in the future. Absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful caravan! Would recommend to everyone looking for a home from home! Cannot thank Paula enough for her recommendations and honesty about the park/play passes amid covid restrictions. The caravan is spotless as if it was brand new, the beds were comfy and lovely bed linen. The shower is brilliant and really powerful. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. The caravan is very close to the swimming centre and main facilities but still very quiet, less than 2 minutes walk to the beach path. The whole caravan smelt lovely on arrival and the fan was a very welcome addition as we arrived in the heatwave. My son was crying as he didn't want to leave the caravan, we will definitely book again in the near future. Thank you so much Paula for all your help and kindness!

What can I say :) this is our 2nd stay here and this caravan is just absolutely stunning, it’s in the perfect location on the site, the veranda is just a massive bonus for us and out little boy as he can play outside too, opening the double doors in the morning onto the veranda is just wonderful, the caravan itself is equipped with absolutely everything from A-Z and the service from the owners is amazing Paula was so helpful and really cared about our needs, she updated us about the on-site situation ( due to the restrictions) kept in regular contact and nothing was to much trouble for her, we have already planned out next stay here and I will be txting Paula first thing In the morning. I would highly recommend this caravan to anyone who is looking for a 5 star service and a fantastic place to stay.

I can not big this caravan up enough it’s absolutely stunning, this was out second stay here and we absolutely loved it. The caravan is equipped with absolutely everything from A-Z, Paula the owner was an absolute diamond from start to finish and really went the extra mile for us in terms of giving us information and keeping In regularly contact. The veranda is just a massive plus and fantastic for kids to as they can play outside and you can always see them. We have already booked again for next year and this will definitely be our preferred holiday destination for the foreseeable future.

Were do i start.... From the minute i made the booking i had such a friendly response nothing was too much trouble, in between booking and going i had phone calls and messages updating us on what was happening at the park with full honesty about booking things due to the pandemic which was fine and they recommend places to go in the area also, we got there and the caravan was absolutely lovely!!!!, perfectly situated in an area close to all you need but not noisy at all!!, The view was lovely as was the caravan and a decking area with table and chairs which was lovely to sit on and have a meal. Also push chair and wheel chair ramp and safety gate at the top. Everything you need was in the caravan. Lovely and spacious too.,clean and smelt lovely completely spot on!! Could not fault a single thing We were extremely looked after a complete 10/10 lovely people, lovely caravan and a good price. We will certainly be back this will be a caravan we will book yearly now thank you so so much we had a wonderful holiday!!! X

Great communication from start to finish. I can't actually fault the caravan...spotlessly clean, well equipped & an excellent veranda that our granddaughter loved. The added bonus was that there was a lock on the veranda gate which made it safe for our granddaughter to play outside. The position of the caravan was close to the beach & entertainment but far enough so no noise was heard. Would definitely book again without hesitation

Mandy was the best owner we could wish for. Spoke via phone and she couldn't be more attentive and helpful. Mandy had the bed made up for us on arrival and informed us we could go in earlier than stated when booking. She even provided a disability stool that my wife used for the shower. Caravan was beautiful with an obvious woman's touch! Caravan is a 2 minute walk to all amenities on the park. Would thoroughly recommend you book this caravan.

This was our first holiday with our 2 year old and it was absolutely fantastic. The caravan was amazing and exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from plates pot and pans to travel cot and high chair. The outdoor veranda is brilliant out little boy loved playing outside and it was very safe With a lock on the gate,Communication with Amanda the owner was without a doubt 5 star and I would highly recommend booking through her she was extremely helpful from start to finish and we will definitely be returning.

Absolutely lovely caravan. Cleaned to an extremely high standard before our arrival and equipped with everything you could possibly need for throughout your stay. Communication with Amanda was brilliant, from first enquiring about the caravan right up until our arrival, She is a genuinely lovely lady and answered all of our queries without delay and anything she was unsure of herself (changes due to Covid etc) she made calls to find out and got back to us immediately. Amanda really did go above and beyond to ensure we got the most out of our stay and I would highly recommend booking through her! Thanks Amanda, see you next year!
