8 berth, 3 bedroom luxury caravan,was brand new for 2016 ,double glazing throughout ,The caravan includes settee style cushion seating in lounge, separate dining area, a separate kitchen with great facilities including integrated large split fridge & freezer, a high quality built in microwave,A TV & DVD player also a small CD/radio (with many cd's to listen to) together with many DVD films for children & their parents to watch can be found in the lounge area.

This caravan has privacy glass in the main area for extra added privacy of customers durning their time relaxing inside of the caravan

Off the kitchen area leads to the bedrooms & shower room also separate toilet, the bedrooms consist of a main bedroom complete with quality domestic style mattress,, next to this are 2 twin bedrooms each having 2 twin beds in each bedroom, all the bedrooms have heating for cooler nights as well as blankets also being provided for each bed, All duvets & pillows are provided for all beds as well as mattress & pillow protectors, all customers are to provide their own sheets & duvet covers as well as pillowcases, (these are not provided by the caravan owners), near to the bedrooms are a shower room with toilet & also a separate toilet ,we very strictly do not allow any smoking inside of caravan itself & kindly ask people to smoke outside (we even provide an ashtray for this use)

kingfisher park site has a very good name for holiday makers in having a 3 star rating from Visit Britain & several environmental awards also, it is quite conveniently located around 5 minutes walk away from fantasy island & adjacient Eastgate market ,all shops & takeaways/cafes & amusements are around the corner of caravan site, the beach is around a 10 minutes walk top of the road,close by the caravan park is a bus stop which takes you in to the main town of Skegness where you can find many shops & bars not forgetting the main frontage & bottoms funfair for many rides galore with Skegness pier close by, slightly further afield around Lincolnshire are plenty historical places to visit & also many lovely walks around countryside areas.
