Our 3 bed room holiday caravan at Caister on Sea Holiday Park, near Great Yarmouth, Norfolk is our little escape.
It is just short walk from the beach and 5-6mins from the swimming pool and other on-site activities.
Hire period
We only offer 7 nights Saturday to Saturday during the school holidays ( Spring, Summer and Autumn)
Minimum 3 nights on any other off peak stay

These passes are not included in the rental price of our holiday home. They are available to purchase from Haven and are subject to availability. We always suggest you check availability before you purchase your pass.

About Our Caravan
The NON smoking van has three bedrooms comprising of one double and two twin bedded rooms. We only sleep 6 people.
The lounge area has been totally refurbished with free standing sofas and dining table to make your stay just that more comfortable.
The spacious bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin and there is also a second toilet with a wash basin.
Within the caravan you will find , complimentary WiFi, SMART TV with complimentary Netflix , a Mini Blu tooth speaker , microwave, full size oven/grill, Counter top freezer and under counter Fridge, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron and mini ironing board, travel hair dryer. There is a window handing clothes dryer and pegs.
There are some children games and playing cards.

Bed linen
Quilts and pillows in protective covers are supplied for the number of guest provided, but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels
We always suggest if it’s just two people you staying to bring your own linen.
Linen Charge
For an extra £40 we provide all bed linen, including duvet covers , pillows case and fitted sheets. You can choose the linen option during the booking process.
Please NOTE beds are not made up on arrival but your clean linen will be left out for you only for the amount of people you have booked for!
Towels are not included at all.
Gas and electricity and cleaning
We have included these charges in the rental price.
There are electric panel heaters in the twin rooms, convector heater in the master and electric fire in the lounge
As the caravan is family owned, it must be left clean and tidy as found - cleaning products and a vacuum are provided.
Failure to leave how its found will result in loss of deposit
Other information about holiday home
We have a patio with picnic bench, umbrella and 2 folding chairs.
Haven does not allow same sex parties under 21 years.
Dogs
We only accept 2 dogs and no other pets.
Dogs are not be left unattended for longer than 1 hour in the van and never on hot days. If you need to leave tour dog they must be created or in a pen.
Haven require all doggie guests to be on lead when on park!

Off site
Just outside the site there is a bus stop with regular buses into Great Yarmouth. Head out of park to local places to the Norfolk Broads, and north Norfolk coast.
Family owned
Our van is also very much a family property, so we would appreciate that you care for it during your stay. Please take care of our lovely place as you would your own home.
