Waterside Holiday Park

Our Caravan is a luxury 2018 model, it has many extras which make it stand out for its comfort and convenience, making this a luxury grade caravan with everything you might need for a luxury break.

The Caravan sleeps 4 people and provides a comfortable and enjoyable base to enjoy the 5* Waterside Holiday Park and Spa, or for exploring the beautiful Jurassic Coast.

The main bedroom features a kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, wardrobes and cupboards. Both bedrooms contain electric sockets, complete with USB charging ports.

There is a separate spacious family bathroom, containing a bath, with overhead shower and a toilet.

The comfortable and spacious lounge has a light and airy feel, with double doors opening out into the large, wrap-around veranda with table and chairs, with hillside views. The lounge also has an electric fire and the caravan features full central heating.

There is ample outdoor space, with not only the spacious veranda, but a separate paved patio area and parking for 2 cars.​

The lounge area leads through to a dining area and kitchen. The dining area has a dining table and 4 dining chairs.

The kitchen is fully fitted with extra amenities for additional convenience, including oven, grill and hob; microwave, kettle and toaster; full size under-counter fridge and separate under-counter freezer.

Booking will include Silver Passes which provide access to entertainment venues. Access to swimming pool and gym can be purchased directly from the site, either as a weekly pass or you can pay as you go for just the days you use those facilities.

Our caravan is in the Green area of the park, a short (flat) walking distance to reception, swimming pool and other facilities and within easy reach of the beach which the park borders. It is also within yards of the bus stop from which you can catch a bus to Weymouth Sea Life Park, Lodmoor Country Park and Weymouth town centre and beach (all within a 10 min bus ride).

Bedding is provided (pillows/duvets) but you will need to remember to bring bed linen (or hire can be arranged from the park) and towels.

A Care and Respect Bond of £100 is payable with each booking, which is refundable after departure assuming no damage etc.
