Our beautiful caravan is situated on a premium pitch in a quieter area of the park but is only a few minutes walk from the play area, fishing lake and leisure complex. It has an open plan living space with lounge with 50” TV, dining area and well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed, dressing table, fitted wardrobe and en-suite wc, twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, family shower room and pull out double sofa bed in the lounge. Decked Veranda with seating, parking bay outside the caravan. Gas central heating and double glazing. On site facilities include shop, arcades, indoor swimming pool, bowling, sports hall, show bar and restaurant.

Entertainment passes are NOT included so please ask for prices.

Pillows and quilts are included but please bring your own linen and towels.

The caravan is available to hire 12 months of the year however the on site facilities close early November and re-open in March.

I do have another holiday home on site within a few minutes walking distance should you require two holiday homes! * If you have an electric vehicle please advise this at the time of booking

Had a great stay in this caravan. Had all the essentials like pots, pans and cutlery etc. Clean and has gas central heating throughout for cold nights. 2x toilets and 1 x shower. Caravan location perfect, short walk to main reception and entertainment, and to social club for a cheap pint and football on tv

This caravan was perfect for us in terms of location on the park. The caravan was very clean and well equipped. We loved our stay and will book again. A fabulous caravan.

Spent a great weekend in this lovely caravan, weather was very windy and a bit wet but nice and cosy in caravan, the site was closed but skipsea beach club was open, we had sunday lunch at the board inn which was v good, caravan is in a lovely spot, for guests with children the adventure playground is only 2mins away, hope to stay in this caravan again, thank you shelly

The caravan was perfect, really roomy - much bigger than it looks on the pics. It was very clean with comfy beds and all amenities promised. We visited in Feb, as storm ciara hit, but the caravan was warm, dry and very secure. We had an amazing break, tha k you Shelly
