A brand new model, 39' x 12' ABI holiday home for hire on Butlins Resort in Minehead.
Our stylish caravan is sited in the fantastic Butlins Resort at Minehead in Somerset.
Located at Number 171 Lakeside Quey on the Lakeside Caravan Park within Butlins, it is perfectly sited with just 20 seconds walk from the beautiful lake with fabulous views and surroundings.
The caravan is a 3 bedroom, 8 berth model with central heating throughout and constant hot water on demand from a combi boiler. It is also double glazed throughout.
It has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, plus a double sofa bed in the lounge, all of which have ample storage space to hold your holiday belongings (the double bedroom even has lift-up underbed storage, which is great to hide away your suitcases, etc.)
There is a shower room with toilet and wash hand basin, plus an additional toilet with wash hand basin in master double bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a full sized fridge freezer.
There is plenty of seating in the lounge area, which also has a dining table with sofa-style seating and stools. Also in the lounge there is a gas fire, 32" flat screen TV . There are also few games and puzzles to entertain adults and kids to enjoy your family holiday.
More importantly perhaps, we also have FULL FREE-VIEW CHANNELS.
The allocated car parking space is near to the caravan, so not too far to carry your luggage.
We provide pillows and pillow protectors, quilts and waterproof mattress protectors, but you will need to provide your own pillowcases, quilt covers and sheets. If you'd like us to provide pillowcases, duvet covers and sheets there would be £25 extra charge.
Please also bring your own towels and tea towels.
Entertainment passes are not included in price. Entertainment passes should be paid for.
There is an iron and ironing board in the caravan, together with a clothes airier, hair dryer.
We also provide a travel cot, high chair and bed guard, and there are plentiful plastic cups, plates and bowls too for your little one - so just a few things less to pack.
Mains gas, electricity and water are all included in the price of the caravan hire.
Payment accepted in cash, by bank transfer or online payment.
A £100 security deposit is required with every booking that is refunded up to 7 days after check out. £30 Cancellation fee (plus £20 admin fee) will be deducted from your deposit if you change your mind.
Booking fee must be cleared 4 weeks prior to check in day. Booked holidays can be refunded if a formal notice would be issues 4 weeks prior to check in day but £100 deposit would not be refunded. Guests would loose all payments if they cancel withing 4 weeks prior to check in (including deposit). If there are government restrictions, then guests would get full refund.
