We had a fantastic holiday in Sarah’s caravan this was absolutely fantastic. I gave 5 as excellent in cleanliness but it was more like 10. Top marks to Sarah for her own cleaning she realy does need to take the credit for keeping the van so clean well done Sarah. Everything You need is available in the van comfy clean and second to none for sea views. Lovely quiet area front line. Nice park although we did not use amusements been a mature couple we took many trips out to scarbrough whitby bridlington And heartbeat county lovely pub lunch there and nice walk round this village. Nice fish and chip shop in filey 5 minutes away from caravan site. Would certainly return have no hesitation in staying again in this caravan. Sarah is excellent with her communication and answered all our questions and more. Thank you Sarah will return one day.

I am doing myself no favours writing this review because everyone will want to stay at this beautiful caravan. Sarah was a pleasure to deal with from the offset, nothing was too much trouble. Communication was quick and excellent. When we arrived at the caravan Sarah was there to meet us but she was helpful not intrusive. It was helpful to know about the heating and the alarm. The caravan itself is just beautiful, immaculately clean, fitted with everything you could possibly need, the beds are made up, a welcome box on the table and milk in the fridge. All those little extras that make you feel welcome. The view from the patio doors and the decking area are second to none and had us sitting in the caravan for longer than normal. The site is well maintained with a good range of facilities and pleasant staff. All in all I can't recommend Sarah and the caravan highly enough. Thanks for a lovely break and all of your kind help. Thank you for a faboulous stay at your immaculate caravan, sea view amazing,with wonderful walks. Our welcome hamper was much appreciated after a very difficult drive with torrential rain. Caravan was so warm and comfatable. There was everything we needed. A lovely part of the park,nice and quite. Owner was fabulous , good commuication, directions,and friendly.We would highly recommend.

Just returned from a fabulous weekend at reighton sands. Can't thank Sarah Barker enough for our beautiful stay here. The caravan is absolutely immaculate and very spacious... one of the best caravans I've stayed in-we felt so at home! Not to mention the beautiful sea views.. Made some lovely memories with my family. Will deffinilty be returning! highly recommend this caravan / thanks again !
