Haggerston Castle

I have been going to Haggerston from a very young age and this was one of nicest caravans we’ve stayed in. Spotless on arrival and the Wine and beers was a lovely touch. Kellie was very accommodating and made sure we were satisfied with everything on arrival. A great holiday, we will certainly be back!

Had a week stay 1st week in Aug 2020. Caravan immaculate, on arrival were gifted a bottle of wine and 4 beers, nice gesture. Nice decor, Alexa, YouTube, netflix, sports all included. Good decking area and furniture, large fridge freezer, ideal location, on a nice lake just a couple of minutes to facilities. A nice bbq for to use with coal provided and cleaning solution. Couldn't have asked for a nicer caravan.

We have just returned from a 4 night break in this fabulous caravan, where we stayed with our grandson. The amazing customer service we received started right from the moment of booking and continued right to coming home. Kellie made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. The caravan was spotlessly clean with everything you could need, plus more. The coffee machine is a great touch as is the welcoming card, beer and bottle of wine which was left out for our arrival. Beds where made up for us as requested which was well worth the £15 and allowed us to start our break straight away. The location was great, only a few minutes walk from the main complex. We had a great time even though it was winter as the caravan was really warm. I can only imagine how lovely it would be in the summer, being able to sit out on the decking on a summer's night. We will definitely look to book here again next year. Thanks again for the extra little touches, they really made a huge difference.

We just came back from a long weekend staying at this Caravan with 2 young kids. The Caravan was spotless and had everything we needed to keep the little ones busy when the weather wasn't the greatest - fort building and the occasional Netflix treat. The main complex was a couple minutes walk, no need to take a car. Communication with the owner was fast, owner was very reliable. Everything was as expected, and the bottle of wine was a nice extra touch. Thanks again for making it an easy little holiday break.

Just back from this extremely wonderfull caravan with my 2 kids. It is just a home from home with all the added extras that the kids truely enjoyed as did myself. It is not far from the main complex and was spotless when we arrived with a nice bottle of wine. Anything that you need the owners are on hand. We will definitely be back next year. Wont go to another van now. Thank you once again

We had an amazing stay at this caravan. We could not fault anything. It is in a prime location a couple of minutes away from the main complex. It was spotlessly clean. The kids loved the fact it offers free wifi and Netflix on both tv’s. The coffee machine was also an added bonus as my husband loves a Costa Latte. We also loved the fact that there was lots of small added extras like cleaning products, toilet roll etc. It really felt like home from home. The owners also left us 6 beers and a bottle of wine to enjoy which we thought was a really nice touch. We definitely hope to book again some time in the future. Thanks again for having us!

My family and I have been going on caravan holidays for a number of years now, and I can quite honestly say this is the most equipped van we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. It is the attention to the little things that make this van stand out from the rest. My family loved the BBQ and it had nice furniture comfy furniture on the balcony. It also had Alexa sound system, Netflix and IPTV .The van is in an ideal pitch , two minutes walk from the club house and facilities. The club house has just been refurbished, and there is plenty to keep everyone entertained for the full stay. Overall we had a great experience in this caravan, we will definitely be back !
