Our luxury holiday home offers first class accommodation on the Seabirds development. With unadulterated front line sea views.

Our holiday home has large patio doors, opening onto a large veranda for you to take in the breathtaking sea views and to enjoy the glorious sunsets.

The contempory modern interior gives it a comfortable and welcoming feel. Perfect for couples and familes to relax and socialise.

The light and airy open plan kitchen has modern stylish kitchen units, 5 burner hob with extractor hood, high level cooker with seperate oven and grill, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, wine cooler, dishwasher and integrated washer/dryer and all manner of kitchen utensils and crockery - all perfect for preparing family meals.

Spacious dining area with table and chairs. Also a breakfast bar with seating is nicely situated on the edge of the kitchen.

The luxurious lounge contains a comfortable sofa which converts to a double sofa bed with 2 matching armchairs and ottoman, state of the art realistic flame effect fire and TV.

The holiday home has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin ). Master bedroom has a 5ft bed and walk in wardrobe, dressing table and en suite shower/toilet room. Twin room has twin beds and wardrobe. Each bedroom comes with duvets, pillows and mattress protectors in each room with the beds made up on arrival. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area which can be made up if required.

The main house bathroom consists of bath with shower over, toilet and sink. Bath towels are provided.

Outside there are 2 private parking spaces.

All gas and electricity is included in the prices quoted and as the caravan benefits from double glazing and central heating to all rooms, this the perfect place to stay for an out of season break!

WOW what an amazing caravan, luxurious in every way possible. Amazing views from the living room window & the most comfy beds we`ve ever slept in. Just a short walk from the caravan is a path which leads you to the beautiful sandy beach. We can honestly say that this is by far the best caravan we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with & replied promptly to any queries I had. We hope to return at some point in the future. You will not be disappointed, Thanks again Jonathan.
