The property

Kittiwake is a 3 bedroomed (sleep 6) caravan with a Floor to Ceiling front window and a large gated deck to make the most of the sea view.

Please contact direct for offer prices. It has a separate dining area off the kitchen, to leave living room space large and open with two large settees, a bean bag and a foot stool, also usual coffee table tv stand with TV and DVD player. It has two bathrooms, always handy with a few of you staying. Kittiwake is sited on Perranporth Caravan Holidays, one of the small private parks on Perran Sands, Perranporth, Cornwall. We are NOT Haven, but if you wish to use their facilities you may purchase their funworks passes from Their reception.

However you only need their funworks passes for the swimming pool or the clubhouse in the evenings when they put a doorman on, everything else is open to all. Duvets and Pillows are provided but we ask customers to bring their own bed linen and towels. We allow 1 dog by previous arrangement, but under no circumstances are they to be left alone in the caravan, or on any of the furniture.

Perranporth, a beautiful Cornish coastal town, lies in the heart of Poldark Country, the setting for the novels of Winston Graham who lived in Perranporth in the 1930s. Perranporth offers plenty of traditional pubs and shops, plus a classic bucket-and-spade beach that is lifeguarded in summer, overlooked by craggy rocks and a wonderful coastal path. Once known as the source of the finest tin, the community still retains reminders of the rich heritage with abandoned pump houses, mine shafts and workers’ cottages. The local Blue Hills Museum and Perranzabuloe Folk Museum are both well worth a visit to understand the fascinating history of this coastal area. Further afield are the miles of sandy beaches at Crantock and Holywell Bay, and the breathtaking coastal walks around St Agnes, much of it owned by the National Trust. A perfect holiday base in Cornwall, with an abundance of activities to suit everyone.
