Beautiful six berth three bedroom caravan with a large decking area, ramp and gate.

Parking next to the caravan for 1 or 2 cars (entrance door side). Guests take their own bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and dish cloths.

WiFi is available in the Surf Bay restaurant and other facilities belonging to the park, Perran Sands, and is not in the caravan.

Entertainment Passes: If your family would like to use the swimming pools, children's club, leisure and entertainment facilities at Perran Sands, you will need to purchase Haven's Play Passes.

These can be arranged online before arrival or possibly on arrival in Haven's main reception subject to their availability at the time.

Please note passes are not required to use the shops, restaurants and facilities such as the Crazy Golf and Go-Kart hire.

We do not know for certain which of the park facilities will be available.

Our prices are for the hire of the caravan and include free water, gas and electricity. Perran Sands Holiday Park offers exhilaration, space and tranquillity.

Nestled amid the 5000 year old Penhale Sands the park sits on this unique landscape of towering sand dunes with direct access to a spacious, clean, sandy beach pounded by the wild Atlantic breakers: this is a surfer's paradise. The village of Perranporth can be reached by walking along the large wide beach or by car or bus.

Here are many unique shops and local cafes.

There are plenty of gift shops too.

The village also boasts a boating lake amid tropical gardens, spectacular views of the beach can be had from the sundial near the car park at Droskyn Point. Down below are hundreds of rockpools and caves once haunted by smugglers.

There is a tidal pool at Chapel Rock close to the Watering Hole pub which is on the beach itself.

Both the local museum and tourist information centre have a wealth of maps and leaflets about the local history and local places such as the lost church in the sand dunes which is also an area of Special Scientific Interest.

Whether you want to go horse riding, golfing, paragliding, surfing, or generally splashing around this is the place to be. Please note third-party subletting by holiday management / lettings companies is not permitted.

About the location

PERRANPORTH

Newquay 9 miles; Truro 9.5 miles.

Perranporth, a beautiful Cornish coastal town, lies in the heart of Poldark Country, the setting for the novels of Winston Graham who lived in Perranporth in the 1930s. Perranporth offers plenty of traditional pubs and shops, plus a classic bucket-and-spade beach that is lifeguarded in summer, overlooked by craggy rocks and a wonderful coastal path. Once known as the source of the finest tin, the community still retains reminders of the rich heritage with abandoned pump houses, mine shafts and workers’ cottages. The local Blue Hills Museum and Perranzabuloe Folk Museum are both well worth a visit to understand the fascinating history of this coastal area. Further afield are the miles of sandy beaches at Crantock and Holywell Bay, and the breathtaking coastal walks around St Agnes, much of it owned by the National Trust. A perfect holiday base in Cornwall, with an abundance of activities to suit everyone.
