“Just arrived home from what has been an amazing stay at SandyToes.”

The caravan truly is a home from home. It is spotlessly clean and has all the things you would need for your stay. Sandra was a fabulous host, and the communication from booking to departure was fabulous. We really didn’t want to leave! Caravan is in a perfect location and the decking around was perfect to keep our dog safe. We didn’t get to use it much as sadly the weather wasn’t great but it would be lovely in the sun with plenty of seating and large space. Will deffo be booking again ...

“This caravan has everything you would expect, plus a few very welcome extras e.”

g. thermos flask. Communication with Sandra was seamless and everything from booking to vacating was made very clear. The caravan was spotless and comfortable. The veranda is a great addition and ideal for dogs and children and has sunshine all day and we were lucky that we had sun almost every day of our 3 night stay. The site stretches back into the valley but the location is the best for walking to the beach about 20mins and for the site facilities which are on your doorstep. Most pitches are owned and so the site was very peaceful especially as it was week days. The height of the summer will be busier but nonetheless I would think never overcrowded. There is a large heated indoor pool and access can be purchased for £38 for a family for a week which is good value and allows access to the outdoor pool which I believe is also heated, but was due to open after we left. In all a lovely site and of course the surrounding coast and scenery is as best you can get in beautiful Cornwall.

The property

72 SandyToes is a lovely large modern caravan, ideally situated close to Newquay centre and the many beautiful beaches Cornwall has to offer.

Although the caravan is technically a 6 berth I limit numbers to 4 so you can relax and make the most of my lovely home without using the sofa bed.

If you have 3 children I don’t mind them topping and tailing. 72 SandyToes has modern facilities and includes a full sized kitchen, fully equipped for you to cook family meals.

The huge decking area has seating and a dining table with plenty of room for you to dine al fresco.

The caravan is situated close to all the site amenities and has its own private parking space.

The indoor and outdoor pools are charges separately by the site, please ask for details upon booking.

Please note I do not provide duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases or towels.

If you would like me to provide them there is an extra charge, please enquire on booking.

1 dog is allowed, if you have more than 1 dog please message me to discuss.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.

Holywell 6 miles; Perranporth 8.5 miles; Truro 14 miles; Padstow 14 miles.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive.
