Great Caravan, so many extras, lovely touches with lamps and throws, welcome pack, The outside table & chairs and sun lounges was brilliant , our weather was fantastic and Dawn sorted out 1 small problem straight away, as we had been given the wrong the key, Really enjoyed it can't wait to return.

Dawn is an excellent owner, putting the needs of her clients first.

There was problem with the caravan we booked, through no fault of her own, but she pulled out all the stops to make sure we had a comparable caravan with all the amenities we were expecting. We were very pleased with our stay.

So very clean and well equip with everything we needed and more. The welcome pack was much appreciated, nothing better than a cup of tea on arrival and a treat for pooch. We managed to use the recliners on the deck in the sunshine which was great. The booking process was easy and Dawn was most helpful. Checking in was easy. The van is so comfortable and a lovely walk to the beach. What can we say, BUT we will most certainly be booking again. THANK YOU

The place was well equipped, had everything we needed and more ! Very clean the decking area was perfect. Will definitely book again. Also huge thanks to Dawn who was so helpful and understanding as we had to delay our arrival for 2 days due to a family bereavement. 5* without a doubt ????

Lovely clean caravan with everything that you need even for a day on the beach a large decking area with a table chairs and parasol.

The welcome pack including treats for the dog was a nice touch we would recommend this lovely caravan to anyone the owner was very helpful and sent plenty of useful information regarding the site Padstow and surrounding areas thank you for a lovely stay.

We have been visiting Harlyn Sands for over 35 years and can honestly say that this van has to be in our top 3.

The van was spotless and a real home from home. We were pleasantly surprised to see there was an air fryer which was a god send. The pots and pans were good quality, not the cheap ones that you would normally find in a caravan where everything sticks to them. Lovely little touches like having soap already in the bathrooms (2 toilets which is great if you have a family with children). There was a slight issue with the wifi one day but as soon as Dawn was informed, she had it up and running in no time. The decking was brilliant as the weather was not kind to us during our stay so it was great to be able to dry the dogs off before going into the van. Will definitely be using it again for our future visits.

Well kitted out (the Ninja air fryer was a godsend!) Enough pots and pans to make dinner. Beds are very comfortable. Welcome pack was a first for us and a lovely tough-thank you! Had trouble getting the WiFi to work but owners sorted out straight away. Decent hoover was amazing so we could clean up well before we sadly had to leave. Would love to come again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you so much.

Can't possibly leave good feedback after the way we were treated.

Arrived at the park at check in time only to be told that the owner hadn't sent the booking form to reception so we had to wait for an hour forvthem to get confirmation from the owner. Finally got in the van and went to use the toilets both seats fell off. The cleaning wasn't up to standard dirty plates, dirty pans, oven uncleaned with fat in the bottom, dusty greasy utensils, washing up bowl covered in greasy oil, brown and yellow stains on toilets, thick dust on the bedroom shelves, other people's rubbish in the draws. My 19 year old daughter had a monthly moment on the mattress protector which we removed to find the disgusting mattress with a large brown stain near the pillow and several urine stains all over the mattress. When we returned home we had a message saying owner has held back £100 from deposit to clean the mattress, we were fuming. We contacted the owner to sort things out but was only interested in what the cleaner said. Myself and wife both work in holiday accommodation my wife is a 5 star cleaning manager with all 5 star reviews and know mattress protectors do not get changed every change over so who knows how long the stain had been there it looked like it had been there a while. My advise would be if you book this van make sure you photograph any damage and anything that has not been cleaned properly or you will be charged for someone else's mess as we were.
