    “Great van to use as a base for exploring around Newquay.”

    Van has everything you need for a comfortable stay, nice decking area with table and chairs to take advantage of the sun, outdoor lockers for fishing kit etc and ...... absolute godsend .....two toilets ???? Highly recommend Jamie and this van .....many thanks

The property

Set in 184 acres of rolling Cornish countryside just 4 miles away from Newquay on the four star award winning holiday park, White Acres. There are 13 on-site fishing lakes offering specimen, pleasure and match angling, surrounded by beautiful views. The 35ft x12ft 3 bedroom 8 berth Willerby Grassmere is situated on Sycamore Forest 619, it has a large wrap round decking with table and chairs, double glazing and central heating.

The lounge has wrap round seating with a 43 inch flat screen Smart TV .

The lounge has patio doors that lead out to a large deck area with patio table and chairs.

It has a dining area with table and bench chairs. The kitchen has a gas cooker, hob, fridge freezer, integrated microwave/grill, toaster, kettle and everything else required to make it a home from home. There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twins with an occasional fold out double bed in the lounge.

A travel cot is also provided.

It has a separate shower room with a power shower, wash basin and toilet and a separate toilet and wash basin, both with heated towel rails.

A vacuum, iron, ironing board, travel cot and cd player are also provided. Free unlimited WiFi is available in the caravan for tv streaming etc.

There are 2 lockable metal tackle boxes outside, please no tackle or bait to be taken into the caravan.

No smoking permitted anywhere in the holiday home. We do allow small to medium.sized dogs, no large breeds allowed. Price includes a clean at the end of your stay and all gas and electricity you use.

All duvets and pillows are provided, you will need to bring your duvet and pillow covers as we don’t provide these.

Entertainment passes are required available at reception up to 7 days peak £16.95 over 7 days peak £18.50 off peak up to 7 days £9.00 over 7 days £10 under 2's are free.

Fishing passes are required and are available from the fishing lodge which is a just a few hundred yards from the caravan, visible from the front window.

Here at White Acres, there really is something for all the family to enjoy from scenic walks or relaxing in the jacuzzi to water sports on just one of many of Newquay’s beautiful beaches.

Children are spoilt for choice with the many activities on offer

For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
