“This is our second booking and second fabulous holiday.”

Caravan was spotlessly clean on arrival and very well-equipped. Everything you need to cook a meal including salt, pepper and oil plus complimentary coffee and tea. Lovely extra touches too such as board games and books as well as beach games and chairs. Thoughtful touches too like cleaning equipment and hand soap was provided which was nice added bonus. There is a new decking area with chairs which was lovely on a sunny evening. We had everything we needed and more! Site is lovely. Caravan ...

There is a new decking area with chairs which was lovely on a sunny evening. We had everything we needed and more! Site is lovely. Caravan is very well-situated just a few minutes walk from resort centre, pool and dog walk. We make good use of site facilities. Pub and restaurant were great. There is also takeaway chips and pizza vans plus ice-cream van. My daughter (11) loved activities. She spent hours in arcade and loved the high ropes. There is a launderette on site which we used and was great. Shop on site sells essentials, gifts and kids stuff. We didn’t take advantage of pool as a little chilly for us and we didn’t do the showbar but that seemed popular too. The best thing about this rental is the owner, Jess. She was excellent throughout. Extremely friendly and helpful at all points and clearly takes a huge amount of pride in making sure guests have a great holiday. We will definitely be back.

The property

*UPDATE* Decking currently being installed ready for March 2024 opening* Our two bedroom two bathroom 6 berth static caravan has one spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with microwave, full sized cooker, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. The lounge dining area can comfortably seat 6 people and there is a dining table seating 4 people.

There is a smart TV for your viewing pleasure along with private wi-fi at no extra cost. There is a second bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

We supply all bedding, hand towels and tea towels, just bring your own bath towels. There are board games and books for both adults and children with garden games as well.

Outside seating is supplied.

Parking is adjacent to the caravan. Willows Way is situated close to all the facilities of the Parkdean resort.

Please note that entertainment passes are NOT included but can be purchased from reception. Newquay Holiday Park is on the outskirts of Newquay with lots of picturesque beaches just a short drive away.
