    “A most enjoyable holiday.”

    A great well laid out site with plenty of space between each van. Restaurant had some great meals and the steak just melted in my mouth. Excellent accommodation clean and spacious. Would highly recommend.

The property

This spaciously modern double glazed, central heated caravan is very generous in size measuring 36ft x 12ft and has one double and one two twin bedroom along with a double sofa bed allowing it to sleep a maximum of 6 people in style and comfort. The contemporary open plan lounge/diner is flooded with light from an array of windows and there is plenty of seating provided with the large wrap around sofas that will easily seat 6 guests, this also incorporates the double sofa bed.

Beneath the wall mirror is a modern electric fire and we have installed a 32 inch TV with Freeview for your viewing pleasure.

The dinning area utilises the wrap around sofa for very comfortable dining and there are an additional couple of stools providing seating for 6 guests.

There is a modern well appointed Kitchen with its dark oak wall and base units and comes fully equipped with every modern convenience you will require to make your holiday as comfortable as possible including full oven & grill with 4 ring gas hob and extractor hood, microwave, full size integrated fridge and separate integrated freezer, toaster, kettle and a complete cutlery and crockery inventory. The large master bedroom with its own private en-suite has two bedside cabinets and overhead storage units with shelving along with a large double full height wardrobe.

This bedroom features a king sized divan bed which is quite unusual in a caravan and is fitted with a luxury Emma mattress so you are sure to enjoy a great nights sleep.

There is also a very handy dressing table area with mirror, chest of drawers and make up stool.

The two twin bedroom has made great use of the space by positioning both twin beds diagonally across from each other which does increase the floor space, there is a full height single wardrobe along with overhead storage units and a wall mirror with shelving below. This ABI Malvern benefits from a shower room with white sink and mirror above, WC and a large enclosed shower cubicle with mixer shower.

There is also plenty of shelving for your toiletries and towels etc and this is also where the boiler is housed in a separate cupboard. We have chosen a fantastic South facing pitch on the Meadows area of the park with its own private parking space right next to our decked balcony and it is just a short stroll to the entertainment complex and all that this 4 star Parkdean Resorts Holiday Park has on offer. In order to keep our prices as low as possible guests will be required to bring your own bed linen with you, we do however provide all duvets and pillows along with mattress and pillow protectors.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from reception on arrival if required. We let this caravan on a Saturday to Saturday basis with a check in time from 4.00pm and a check out time of no later than 10.00AM.

Short stays of a minimum of 3 nights will be considered outside of the school holiday dates subject to availability. Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
