“We recently stayed at Lizard Point and really enjoyed our time.”

The location is excellent, with Poldhu, Kynance, and plenty of coves nearby — perfect for exploring Cornwall’s coast. The caravan itself was clean and tidy, with thoughtful welcome touches like nibbles and wine. It was well-stocked with kitchen essentials and even had a good selection of games. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, thanks to the secure key box system, which saved us from queuing at reception. The arcade was also a big hit with both our teens and my parents, which was lovely to see. We did experience two occasions of water leaks and supply interruptions. Reception provided bottled water, though only 2 liters for 7 guests, which wasn’t really enough. On the positive side, the owner, Trudy, kept us informed, was very accommodating, and always friendly — we really appreciated her communication. One area for improvement would be information availability. WiFi and mobile signal are very weak, and reception is quite far from the caravan. Since we’re often out early and back late, it would be much more convenient if leaflets on local attractions, bus times, and transport options were provided directly in the caravan. Also, navigating narrow roads with our 9-seater car was tricky, so advice on alternative transport or parking would be helpful. Overall, a comfortable stay in a brilliant location with a welcoming host.

Thank you for your kind review. A very good idea about information leaflets that I will take on board. Property Owner
