The property

The caravan is located on a site Dartmoor D12 which has plenty of space around it and generally safe for children to play.

Parking is within about 30ft of the caravan via a pathway running from the far end of the caravan directly to the car park.

D12 is an 8 berth, Willerby Grassmere, 36ft x 12ft caravan with one double master bedroom (with TV), Two twin bedded rooms, and one twin pull-out bed in the lounge.

This caravan is Graded as Platinum Plus and in excellent condition, With fridge freezer .cutlery, crockery, toaster, microwave,Dishwasher etc.

and many extras not found in other caravans to make your stay as nice as possible. The caravan has full gas central heating and is double glazed for your comfort on those cold or dreary days.

This caravan also has a wrap around veranda awith access from the Main doorway and French doors which open out onto the veranda.

The area around the caravan is generally quiet, and it is just short walk to the site facilities.

All bedding is provided, along with access to all site facilities; all normal site facilities are available and included in the prices, i.e.

club, playground, shop etc.

Brixham is a working fishing harbour located on the southern side of Torbay, the area known as The English Riviera, famed for its sunny mild climate all year round. The focal point of the harbour is a life size replica of The Golden Hind, Sir Francis Drake’s ship. The prettiest part of Brixham has small cottages in hilly narrow winding lanes leading to the harbour where all the activity is centred. Home to Britain’s largest fishing fleet which regularly lands their catch in the harbour, Brixham fish market sells to major restaurants in the UK. Brixham is the ideal destination for a traditional holiday with many family attractions around Torbay including two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo and many regattas and maritime events throughout the year. There are a host of safe cycle trails in the area, the South West Coastal Path and some of the best golf courses in the region. A good mix of relaxation or action, to suit all ages, where you are never far from the sea.
