“We had a fabulous time.”

The caravan was clean, welcoming and met our needs perfectly. The host was an excellent communicator pre, post and during our stay. We appreciated the welcome treats and the extras like hand soap and salt and pepper available. We would definitely book and stay here again.

“A lovely, clean caravan with everything we needed.”

Wonderful welcome pack with loaf, dog treats, biscuits and pain au chocolate rolls also milk. Tea, coffee, sugar etc meant we could settle in straight away. We were kept informed by owner every step of the way. We didn't need to get intouch with the owner but knew she was there if we had a problem. Because it was quite hot, the fan was a welcome addition.

“Lovely caravan, arrived to a complimentary food hamper (breakfast essentials) as we had travelled early morning due to Our son having special needs we didn’t want to be stuck in traffic.”

The caravan was lovely and clean on arrival, close to the shop and within a nice reach of the reception & pool. We had a great stay and can’t wait to come back.

“Lovely caravan with two bathrooms which made the world of difference when someone needed a shower and someone else needed the toilet.”

Nice veranda to sit out on. We came in to a lovely welcome basket with bread and brioche. The kitchen was well stocked and even had cling film and tin foil. Would recommend.

Park facilities good, grounds well kept. Booking very easy Maxine the owner on call if needed lovely lady who made us very welcome. My only regret is that we didn't book longer !!

The property

Our caravan has parking to the side and is close to site convenience store, laundrette and Stagecoach summer open top bus stop, the main reception is a 2-3 minute walk away which also hosts both indoor and outdoor pools. Although bed linen is included you will have to supply your own towels. Entertainment Passes are mandatory and NOT included in your price, these are an additional £66 per caravan/booking per week (1 - 7 days) and would need to be paid separately before your arrival via BACS

Situated in the centre of Torbay between Brixham and Torquay, Paignton is one of South Devon's premier seaside resorts.
