“The site itself I would recommend the facilities and staff were great however, the caravan itself was poor value for money it was tired and certainly needed a deep clean.”
The beds and mattresses were thin and extremely uncomfortable. The sofas in the lounge area were old uncomfortable.

Sorry you felt disappointed,but the was no need to leave the caravan in the state you left it, with a ripped net curtain, a toilet roll holder pulled offer. Some sort of foam in the heating vent, tiddlywinks in the dvd player, if you check our Airbnb site Airbnb.com/h/the-place-to-holiday every one else has been very positive with their reviews making us a superhost,

We offer you a comfortable 2 bedroom with double pull out sofa bed in the living area, the main bedroom has a ensuite toilet ,the is a full wrap around decking for outside entertainment with a Seaview.
The site amenities include laundry and a convenient store within one minute walking distance, there are also lots of fun things to do on site that include indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, entertainment, café and bars.
Bedding is provided however you will need to bring your own towels, Parking is nearby.
Entertainment passes are mandatory and not included in your price, these are an additional £55 per caravan/booking per week ( 1-7 days) and would need to be paid separately before you arrive Bacs or PayPal.
