YOUR MASTER BEDROOM...........has a 1000 pocket sprung king-size mattress with protector, a 10 tog King-size duvet, and 4 pillows with protectors, Bed linen is provided and the beds will be made up for your arrival.
Towels are NOT provided.
This bedroom has ample fitted wardrobes, a security safe, a dressing table, a chair, and a mirror.
Your semi-on suite joined to this bedroom has a WC and washbasin with mirrored storage over the basin.
YOUR 2ND BEDROOM (twin)..........
has a small wardrobe, two sprung single mattresses, and 4 pillows, all with protectors plus duvets.
Bed linen is provided and the beds will be made up for your arrival.
Towels are NOT provided.
THE MAIN BATHROOM........
is just along the corridor with good size shower, wash basin with mirrored storage, and WC.
YOUR LOUNGE.......
has partial wrap around soft seating plus a table with stools, an electric fire, a TV with free view, a DVD player, a few tabletop games, etc, and our own data Wi-Fi as an addition to the Hoburen Wi-Fi.
YOUR KITCHEN..........
is fully equipped with a good selection of cooking utensils that you may need to create some delicious holiday dishes.
The fridge freezer has a small 4-star freezer section for some ice cream etc.
There is a 4-slot toaster, a kettle, a cafeteria, a microwave plus an electric oven with hob and grill.
There is enough cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs, egg cups, glasses, etc for more than there are beds.
An iron and ironing board are in a cupboard close by.
THE CARAVAN............
is non-smoking and non vaping and no naked flames.
It has double glazing and central heating in every room.
Throughout the caravan, the floor is an easy clean cushion flooring.
Parking is close by.
THE VERANDA ...........The outside gated decking and veranda area has an all weather table and chairs for those relaxing times lazing in the Devon sunshine.
Weatherproof cushions, for your comfort, are stored in the first cupboard on the left as you enter.
