Cosy van - clean and basic, The van is sited on a quiet ‘end’ pitch on the well respected Hoburne Devon Bay park in Goodrington (South Devon, near Paignton and Brixham), just a couple of minutes’ walk to the park entertainment - indoor/outdoor pool, children’s play area, etc.
We provide bedding, but you will need to bring towels.
We find the pitch lovely and relaxing - close to the path down to the beach, but perfectly located for everything the park has to offer.
Parking bays close to the van with a few steps down.
Please note that the park is hilly in parts.
**DAMAGE** Due to some damage last year by the minority, we are looking at a pre-departure inspection - please also contact me prior to booking to discuss bringing along any dogs.
We would love to accommodate your furry friend, but please reach out to us in the first instance to discuss.

There will be a damage log in the van, but calling out visible damage - dent in fridge door, some chewing marks in main bedroom adjacent door - hoping to have these repaired soon, but existing at present.
Caravan sleeps 6 people - double end bedroom, twin bedroom and sofa bed in lounge.
Van has TV, DVD player, WiFi, microwave, iron, hairdryer and straighteners, full cooker, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, etc - all usual household items.
There are also a couple of relaxer chairs and a bistro set.
Strictly no smoking in the van - thanks.
Site has indoor and outdoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room, kids’ club, play area, mini golf, 5-a-side football, on-site daily/evening entertainment and bingo.
Lovely restaurant and cafe/coffee shop also on site.
On-site supermarket and launderette.
Park passes are charged extra at £55 per week for a family of up to 6 people.
Short breaks also available out of peak season.
£50 deposit required (and additional £50 care & respect deposit) upon booking and payment in full 2 weeks’ (latest) before your visit.
Lots to see and do in the area.
Lovely walks, dog friendly beaches like Elberry Cove, Beesands and Torcross / Slapton; Splashdown Quaywest (outdoor water park) and the beach is around 10 minutes walk from the van, with Dartmoor national park on your doorstep and Paignton a short walk away if you want things a bit busier.
Perfect location to suit all tastes.
PLEASE SEE NOTE ABOVE REF DOGS - PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP TO DISCUSS - you and your furry friend will be made very welcome here, but we politely request that you keep your dog off the sofa and bed areas, please (we have 2 little dogs ourselves, so want you to be able to bring them along as it’s their holiday, too).
