    “We recently spent a week in Mark and Tracy's lovely caravan, and on arrival we were really impressed with the home from home feel of the caravan and how clean it was.”

    It is situated in a lovely quiet cul de sac, has a great sized veranda and includes a washing machine, dish washer and sky TV which is great for families. It is only a very short walk to all of the amenities, and the site is in a great location being a short drive into Paignton, Torquay and Brixham. We would highly recommend booking this caravan and have already enquired for next year.

The property

Please note we only rent out our holiday home each year from early July to early September.

We have been inundated with requests for dates outside of this but I'm afraid that we do not rent outside of these dates.

Our lovely holiday home is situated on the Private Owners section.

The site has lots of facilities for the whole family to enjoy, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, sauna, gym etc.

There is an on site restaurant in the new refurbished Jetty Lounge Bar & Terrace.

There is a soft play area, a café, a shop for all your essentials and a launderette on site.

There is daily and nightly entertainment which you will need to purchase passes for at reception of Beverley Park.

The caravan itself is a Willerby Winchester and sleeps 6 people.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, is en suite, has a walk in wardrobe and a 32" wall mounted flatscreen TV.

The second bedroom has two twin beds with ample storage space.

There is a large family bathroom with a large walk in shower.

the Kitchen / dining area has all the mod cons with built in microwave, gas hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine with built in tumble dryer.

There is a table and four chairs also in the dining area.

The front room has a large L shaped settee that turns into a double pull out bed, there is a large 43" flatscreen Samsung UHD TV that is internet ready, there is SKY HD box that we leave for you to use along with access to our Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Channel account so plenty of films, etc available for you to watch.

There is also a DVD player.

All bed linen, is provided free of charge and the beds will be made up for you on your arrival.

The internet is available and payable at reception. Please note that we take a non refundable deposit of 20% of the cost of the weekly rental to secure the booking.

We pass all of your details on to the admin team at Beverley Park and they email us back with a reference number for your booking confirmation.

The balance of the rental is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. There are double French patio doors that open onto a huge 16'x 10' decking to the front of the caravan and another huge decking area to the rear which is 15' x 13'.

There is a dining table and chairs with a large umbrella for use during your stay. Availability is listed as weekly and is from Saturday to Saturday with a check in time of 3pm onwards and a check out time on day of departure of 10.00am.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.

Situated in the centre of Torbay between Brixham and Torquay, Paignton is one of South Devon's premier seaside resorts. Boasting long sandy beaches and a picturesque harbour, this charming town also plays host to a wonderful selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants. The town makes a fantastic base from which to explore the English Riviera and its surrounding attractions, also featuring a renowned zoo and sea life centre. Nearby, Torquay is equally as vibrant with an array of excellent shopping opportunities, fascinating museums, and numerous parks and gardens.
