“Caravan in lovely spot with sea views .”

Perfect size for couple or young family. Mike was lovely, meeting us on site with the keys. Sadly the whole property is in need of some TLC to bring it up to a good standard.

“Wow the view of the coast from the caravan is stunning & the steam train passes by several times a day.”

Great walks with the dog along the coastline direct from the site too. Waterside Inn is a 10 min walk along the main road with a lovely menu (plus dog menu) & sky sports. Very welcoming for dogs & their owners alike. Site is a good base for exploring the area. Caravan was well equipped but could do with a bit of tlc as some things were broken or worn & there was a musty stale smell each time we returned from a day out. Could also benefit from dusting at high level as the place was full of cobwebs & we killed 8 huge spiders on our first night ! All in all a lovely break which would have been even better if a bit more care had been put into the caravan to make it more pleasant.

Caravan good layout and position but sofas need replacing as torn and old carpets needed hovering and general cleanliness could do with looking at get rid of dusty ornaments etc

“Very homely and comfy, with great positioning for a spectacular view of the bay and steam train.”

Nice secure gated decking too, which was perfect for my dog and enjoying the view from. Great location in Paignton. We also visited Torquay, Teignmouth, Brixham and Dartmouth which are easy to get to from the site. Bus stops right outside too. Highly recommend. Will hopefully be visiting again - Thanks Mike :-)

“Fantastic caravan.”

The views are amazing, we will miss waking up to them. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay in beautiful Devon. Perfectly located for visiting Paignton, Torquay and Brixham. Mike was very helpful and saved us an hour on our trip home, thanks for the shortcut!

“Although we have stayed at Waterside many times it was our first time in this caravan.”

The position of the van was superb with an amazing view of the bay and steam train. The bar, restaurant and swimming pool were within easy reach; straight down the stairs. The central lounge and dining area gave a fantastic outlook over the bay whilst eating meals or relaxing in the lounge. There was everything you needed in the caravan and it was superb to have the beds made up ready for arrival. We are already planning another visit, can't wait to come back to this van.

The caravan is sited close to on site facilities and is in excellent condition internally. Watch steam train pass by. Excellent value, great site entertainment with fully equipped kitchen and dining ware.
