“The caravan offers a lot of great views.”

The king size bed was really comfy. The caravan was really clean and there was a lot of handy equipment that we could use. The caravan is really close to takeaways, convenient stores and the beach. Big thanks for the bottle of wine and the board games for the children. My youngest one really enjoyed watching Disney movies on the DVD player. The washing machine was really helpful. Overall, our experience was amazing. Thank you!

The bed is comfortable, the shower is amazing ! Cannot fault it ! Highly recommend a day out on the steam train from Paignton to Kingswear then the ferry across the Dartmouth , some lovely little shops , great harbour too . Great carvery meal at The Railway Inn . We have had a fantastic week and will miss the little steam train passing by the caravan ….. choo choo ???? Until next time Sue &Andy xx

“This quite simply the best caravan I have stayed in, excellent value for money.”

Very well equipped, every thing you could need in the kitchen, plus all the things you think you may have to take with you such as a iron, hair dryer, garden chairs etc. even had some board games. All very comfortable, the mattresses were far better then the soft cheap things you normally get in a caravan. Caravan was also perfectly clean on our arrival. The views from the decking and front room are stunning across Torbay with a steam train running along the front of the site. The pool was worth paying the six pounds each to use the facility’s on its own. Only went to the club once, which if you like bingo was ok. Although the caravans up on a hillside, was level to the main road and a short walk to the bus stops if you don’t want to drive, if you don’t mind a hill, nice walk on the costal path to cantina open air bar on the green at goodrington for a afternoon beer. Would happily stay again if holidaying in the area another time.

The best review i can give to anyone is to say read all the reviews before this one, they are all 100% genuine. The caravan is supreme and the views are incredible. The site is located in a great location so you can visit Brixham and Paignton and also a great beach at Goodrington Sands. A nice heated out door swimming pool and I have heard the club and pool are being upgraded for next year. The service from the owners is second to none . There are some great walks and I can recommend Henry's Bar in Paignton if you fancy a tipple. Overall caravan and place 10/10 from us.

The coastal walks are beautiful. Plenty of seated viewing points on the way to Goodrington sands and Broadsands. We looked forward to a relaxing quiet holiday and we got our wish.

If you could rate the caravan out of 10 , 10 wouldnt be enough , would give it 11 . Its such a fab caravan with exellent customer service from the owner avril who helps out with anything you ask , and with quick replies . The view from the decking is by far the best on the park , its stunning , you need to see it for yourself. Inside the caravan again view is stunning and facilities very modern , very clean and plenty of space. Kitchen had everything you needed which many caravans dont. This is without a doubt the best caravan we have stayed in . The beds very comfy and master bedroom is massive for a caravan. Shower deserves a mention , so powerful . We will 100% be returning to this caravan . So good , go see it for yourself . Amazing with the best customer service you will ever get from an owner . Thankyou avril for a fantastic stay . The caravan is very well equipped, cleaned throughly and with everything you would need from your own home. Wifi an added bonus which my daughter really appreciated, several board games with Jumanji having an airing. Avril the owner only a text or call away should you ever need her. Our first Mother Daughter holiday, without the male members of our family and it couldn’t have been more perfect. One perfect caravan for our perfect stay, would recommend and use again. WOW what a stunning caravan with spectacular views. Very clean, extremely comfortable beds. The best equipped we’ve had. Who doesn’t love an air fryer for ease ???? Great base to explore nearby towns. Coastal walk is worth a trip up the hill. Sitting on the deck most nights with a glass or two looking out to sea, could never tire of the views. Everything is so well thought of. WiFi and washing machine was a god send. Thanks for everything Avril and we will be in touch soon x

Caravan has outstanding views looking out to sea. Also amazing views of Torquay, day and night especially when Torquay is all lite up, from the caravan. Very spacious caravan, my children were able to have there own space when needed. Avril and Kevin are very helpful and quick to reply back if you any questions. CAN’T WAIT TO GO BACK. Close to the Coastal Path and to the local bus routes, with buses running g every 10 minutes. Dolphin watching from the decking on the Sunday morning was an extra special treat. Will certainly be visiting again in the future. A welcoming and cosy caravan, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Beautiful sea views, local walks and a relaxing place to stay.

“I have been coming to this camp site for around 17 years!”

But this is by far the best caravan we have stayed in! The view is outstanding, the windows are outstanding feels like your on a boat! My children loved their stay and can't wait to come back! I will never use another caravan at this site! You would never beat it, the owners are amazing and customer service was excellent, Avril has made the caravan homely and welcoming! There is everything there you would need for your break! We come back yesterday and already wanting to go back! So maybe your be hearing from me again very soon Avril

From the moment I contacted Avril with a last minute request nothing was too much trouble. On arriving even before getting in the caravan the view was spectacular from the veranda, and inside didn't disappoint either. Clean comfortable, everything you could possibly need was there, including wifi. & a suprise bottle of fizz! Thank you. The double bedroom with kingsize bed is a great size with loads of space and the en suite is an added bonus. The shower is the best I've ever had in a caravan. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and will most certainly contact Avril next time we want to go to Devon. Thanks again for a great caravan experience.

“When I opened the door to the caravan I said wow it is one of the best caravan we have stayed in, nice touch with the binoculars and the 2 seats I love sitting there and looking out to the sea and the great views and watching the train go by ,nice touch with the prosecco chilling in the fridge.”

the pics of the caravan do not do it justice it is better when you are there. go and see it for yourself the master bedroom as a king size bed very comfy with ensuite there is everything you need free wifi is another plus too , thanks Avril for letting us stay in your lovely caravan hope to see you soon and stay safe

“Gorgeous caravan with posibly the best view of Torbay I have ever seen.”

The caravan is very well equiped and very comfy. The master bedroom is very big and not cramped like some can be in a caravan. The free wi-fi was very good also the washing machine was very handy. Me and my wife had a very good stay and some fantastic walks on the coastal path to nearby beeches. The owner Avril was very helpful and also left a bottle of prosecco in the fridge to welcome us. Hope to be back here next year.

Avril was such a lovely lady couldn't do enough for you. Very informative when asking any questions and quick response. Caravan was excellent everything you needed it even had a washer and free WiFi. The location is superb with fabulous views over looking the sea. There are some lovely coastal walks and the location is great you can visit many places in a Car Bus or walking Brixham Paignton Dartmouth to mention just a few. I would highly recommend this caravan and if we visited this area again I would definatley book this caravan thank you Avril N Kevin x

“When we arrived we were very taken back as to how beautiful, spacious and modern the caravan was - the kids were very happy for WiFi, which was included.”

The caravan is situated half way up the slope which lends a hand to capturing the perfect sea view and also looking out to Torquay and the steam train, which passes by often. There is a lovely decking area outside to have breakfast or enjoy an evening drink. The campsite is in short distance to four beaches, one being an absolute stunning cove (a mini paradise to swim in when it’s high tide) and easy access to neighbouring towns, including Torquay, Brixham and Totnes. The facilities in the caravan were second to none. The owner has thought of everything from camping chairs, washing machine down to sandwich toasters Etc.. We were unsure about coming down to Devon this year, but we have had such a wonderful time! We would totally recommend staying here and if we are down here in the future, we would love to stay here again.
