Steam train (Paignton to Kingsweir) passes every 20-30 minutes.
Short walk to several small pebble beaches.
2 min walk to South West Coastal path giving easy access to large beaches at Goodrington Sands and Broadsands and for those with stronger legs walk to Paignton (40 mins), Torquay (1 hr +) and Brixham (1 1/2hrs)
Caravan has patio doors leading to decking with table, chairs and parasol and outside lighting with excellent views across the bay to Torquay.
Parking near caravan (not guaranteed) or in main reception area.
Caravan has equipped kitchen - cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, fire extinguisher, pots/pans/cutlery/plates etc for 6.
Tastefully decorated there is an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area.
Bed 1 with double bed, storage, dressing table and en-suite toilet/sink.
Bed 2 with 2 single beds (can be pushed together as a small double) and storage.
Flat screen 32" tv with blue-ray player and a selection of DVDs/Bluerays (please leave for next guests to enjoy)
Small selection of toys/books for younger children (again please leave for the next guests)
There are normal home comforts like WIFI, central heating, remote control flame effect electric fire.
Bedding provided (please confirm number of doubles/singles required with booking).
Please bring your own towels.
Entertainment passes can be purchased- arranged with reception on site
Sorry but no pets, to keep it in good condition for future guests.
If the arrival date for your holiday is more than 8 weeks away then you only need to pay a £50 deposit at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full between 6 and 8 weeks before the arrival date.
