The property

Welcome to our home from home, a privately owned 3 bedroom static caravan for hire, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home, including double glazing and central heating throughout. The main lounge/dining area complete with free standing table and 4 chairs, seating is on a corner piece sofa, for entertainment there is a 42 inch Colour TV, with sky Q package, DVD player and Midi Hi-Fi. The main bedroom has a double bed with ample overhead storage and single wardrobes, There is a dressing table between the wardrobes.

An en suite WC and washbasin complete this package. There is a 32 inch TV, with Sky Q package. There is a large decking area to the side of the caravan with a corner patio seating and BBQ provided. There is a small Juliet Balcony on the front of the unit, ideal for watching the sun go down on an evening with a nice glass of wine

A charming seaside town set on the southern coast. The town of Dawlish offers all of the facilities for day-to-day living including a pleasant variety of shops, restaurants and cafés and a small theatre. Dawlish is famous for its Black Swans that live with other wildfowl on the Dawlish Water that runs through the central town park down to the sea, at night in the summer it is beautifully lit by strings of coloured lights. Dawlish comes with a wonderful, sandy beach with a crazy golf course also nearby, it is the perfect place for a family holiday. Up the coast is Dawlish Warren that can be reached by car or train or, for those energetic types, a walk along the sea wall. Further afield, Dawlish mainline station offers access to Exeter, Exmouth, Torquay, Paignton or even Plymouth, trains are plentiful.
