My 2020 Seasons holiday home offers: • Double glazing • Central heating • Full-size fridge freezer • Parking at the side & front of the caravan • 3 bedrooms, one double and two twins, plus a sofa bed in the lounge • 2 toilets • 1 shower • Open plan kitchen with oven, air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge & serving utensils for 8 people, full-size fridge freezer, • Lounge & dining area with lots of board games included • Seating outside for the hot BBQ days, with a stunning sea view, Rattan furniture on the decking and 2 wooden benches just off the decking. We provide a travel cot, highchair & changing mat if required. Booking Conditions • Passes are not included but can be purchased directly from Haven • Pets are not permitted • No smoking or vaping permitted within the caravan at all • Check in at 2pm • Check out by 10am Bed linen is not included but can be hired from myself for a small additional cost.

Exeter 11.5 miles.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. In terms of visitor attractions and coastal lifestyle you won’t find much better than Exmouth.
