“We booked this lovely caravan for a week 12/07/25 from start to finish communication was incredible, the hosts honestly made it so easy and simple to book and answer any questions, the van itself was exactly as seen in the pictures very cozy clean and welcoming, the location worked well my dad has a wheelchair and it was so easy to get him around one hill which we discovered we could cut though so worked well, beautiful sea view too thankyou so much for letting us stay in your beautiful caravan we will definitely book again ?”

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset.
