“So pleased that we booked in to Debbie's caravan.”

It had all the things you need and was super clean. There were even some lovely bits left for us on arrival. It's a big park but Debbie's caravan is very close to the centre and entertainment which was very helpful. Thank you, we look forward to coming to stay again soon

SHE WAS QUICK TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD PRIOR TO OUR HOLIDAY.THE BOTTLE OF WINE ON ARRIVAL WAS A LOVELY TOUCH.THE CARAVAN WAS PERFECT FOR US WITH BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEWS AND A SHORTISH WALK TO THE ENTERTAINMENT.WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND BOOK AGAIN

“Myself, husband and children just spent the week at Debbie's lovely caravan.”

Everything was spotless and homely. I would highly recommend this caravan for families with young children due to the convenient distance to the mini market, clubhouse and activities. It is comfortably private with quiet surroundings and has beautiful views from its location on the site. The even-leveled wrap around veranda was an added bonus so the children could play safely outside. Communication with Debbie has been great and she gave helpful instructions for check-in. The welcome treats for the family were well appreciated. We would love to return to Debbie's place again! Thank you.

Prior to the trip Debbie was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had very quickly. The caravan was immaculately clean when we arrived and had all the facilities we needed during our stay. It had lovely sea views and was only a short walk away for the main entertainment complex. We really hope to be able to return here again soon!

“Stay was perfect.”

Caravan perfect everything you needed and more. Caravan in a perfect spot for breathtaking views from the balcony wherever you sat or stood you could see the sea. Little piece of grass at side of grass which grandchildren loved for a little bit of a runaround, which also meant you were not in between 2 caravans which gives you extra privacy . Could not have thanked Debbie and Matt for such a wonderful holiday kept in contact from start of booking until the end of holiday fabulous

We have stayed in quite a few caravans over the years and would have to say that this caravan is one of the cleanest we have stayed in, if not THE cleanest! Immaculate. Having the beds ready made and fresh towels as well was a big plus for us. Less to pack into the car ???????? The kids enjoyed the welcome haribos and us the chilled wine, much appreciated after the long journey! Would highly recommend for your stay in Devon Cliffs

“From start to finish our stay in Debbie and Matt’s caravan has been outstanding.”

Communication during the booking process was straightforward and my questions were responded to quickly. We really appreciated the early take over time offered. This meant that the first day of our holiday could be spent on the beach and not waiting for a 4pm check in time as we have previously had when booking direct. The caravan was spotless when we arrived and the caravan was very comfortable. Beds were made up and towels available to use in the caravan which was a real bonus. We had beautiful weather during our stay and the veranda made such a difference - early morning breakfasts overlooking the stunning sea view and a place to sit quietly in the sun was most welcomed. The caravan itself is in a perfect location. We took my teenager and his friend and we were close enough to the entertainment area to allow them to walk there independently which made for a more relaxing holiday for me and my partner. Debbie provided us with a Wifi code which allowed us to communicate with family members whilst we were away and for the teenagers to use their phones. It is hard to get a signal at Devon Cliffs so this detail was appreciated. The caravan had washing liquid, soap and toilet rolls available for our use which was a lovely touch. Both Tesco’s and Lidl are only a 7 minute drive from the caravan so I would recommend shopping when you arrive rather than taking food with you. We have had such a wonderful time staying in Debbie and Matt’s caravan that we have already asked to be contacted when prices for Summer 2023 become available and would love to stay again.

Spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything a family could need - (bedding, towels, kitchen utensils etc.) Ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom and the most fantastic shower in the family bathroom. Great communication throughout with clear instructions for arrival and departure. Beautiful views and outside space to sit and relax. Great spot for day trips. A relaxing and much needed break! “My family and I (including an older child, toddler and grandparent) have just returned from a fantastic stay at Debbie and Matt’s caravan.”

On arrival the caravan was spotless, which we were relieved about due to previous cleanliness issues in haven caravans. A bottle of wine and sweets were left in the caravan for arrival, a much appreciated personal touch ???? The caravan itself is spacious and a perfect base for our family holiday. Towels, washing up liquid, hand wash etc were already in the caravan for use and the table and chairs on the decking were great for lunch in the sun. Location was at the top of the hill, not too far away from the beach or entertainment. We did use our car on site but this was mainly due to the walk back with grandparent rather than distance. Prior to arrival, we had issues with our entertainment passes (100% a haven problem and not with the caravan). Debbie and Matt were very helpful and responded to emails quickly to try to help us sort out the problem with haven. After departure, before we had even arrived home, I received an email thanking us for staying and requesting bank details for the deposit. Overall a homely caravan with helpful owners. Once again, thank you for an amazing holiday ????

What a beautiful caravan, it was spotlessly clean, the beds were really comfortable, bedding nice and clean, the towels were big and soft and shower amazing. The views from the caravan and veranda are to die for. It is with in easy reach of all amenities and local shops and supermarkets should you need them. Any questions I had prior to our stay were answered very quickly and efficiently. I would 100% recommend this caravan and its owners. We look forward to staying again in the very near future

“Cannot rate this caravan enough.”

It was modern, clean and comfortable with all the amenities that a deluxe caravan can offer and more. When we arrived we found a lovely gesture with compliments from the owners which was wine in the fridge and sweets for the kids which was a lovely touch. It is situated in a lovely sea view spot close to the club and the beach. Would definitely stay here again and am hoping it is available next time we go to Devon cliffs

“We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at this beautiful caravan.”

The caravan itself is modern and spotlessly clean. It is in a great location, only a 5 minute walk from the entertainment complex and pool. It boasts beautiful sea views which can be most fully enjoyed from the comfortable outdoor furniture on the wrap around veranda. The caravan felt spacious and was large enough to accommodate my husband and I and our 5 young children without feeling cramped. The grassy area outside was excellent to allow the children to get outside and play safely beside the caravan. There are few caravans on the site that would have such space around them. The positioning of the caravan also provided a fair bit of privacy (as far as possible in a caravan park) with no one looking directly in on you. Debbie and Matt were great to deal with and couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. All in all an excellent caravan on a excellent site and if we were returning to Devon Cliffs, we would most certainly love to stay there again.

Had a lovely week at Devon cliffs weather could have been better but the caravan made up for that very comfortable everything you need to enjoy your holiday well equipped beautiful views on the balcony and very relaxing I would recommend anyone to stay at this caravan owners left tea coffee milk and although you take your own cleaning material there is always plenty there it is our second year we have stayed and would not hesitate to book again

Prompt and efficient booking through the owners.. upon arrival at the caravan we were very impressed the caravan was extremely clean.. a nice touch was the leaving of teabags milk and wine chilled in the fridge along with glasses! Even a few bags of haribos for children which went down well. The caravan was in a perfect position with a seaview. Great location wih everything in walking distance. Would definitely recommend this caravan!!

The caravan was spacious, spotlessly clean and well situated. Everything we needed was provided and it was a bonus that we didn't have to pack bed linen, pillows, towels and tea towels. It was also a nice touch by Debbie and Matt to leave some treats for our arrival and much appreciated after our long drive. Our toddler daughter had fun running around the safely enclosed veranda and playing on the flat grass area just outside (quite rare at Devon Cliffs!). Not even the grotty weather spoilt the fantastic views from the caravan. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and shall certainly recommend it to family and friends.

“We have just had a last minute break away and it was just wonderful.”

The caravan itself was perfect. We loved the layout and felt very much at home. The double doors leading to the decking area made it feel very open and a great space to be in. Everything was ten out of ten. I would definitely return and I’ve given the details to my sister who wants a trip away. We have three girls under 6 and they just loved it. The owners made everything really easy. There was great communication throughout and such lovely special touches as arrival gifts. They really have thought of everything. I left my trainers behind and the owners were so helpful posting them back to me which I really appreciated. Thank you for our wonderful holiday- we hope to return!

We stayed at Devon cliffs 16/6/18 caravan was well equipped with everything you would need also very very clean everywhere beautiful balcony to sit and look at our fabulous view Debbie had left tea sugar coffee and milk for when we got there also a little surprise in the fridge thanks Debbie ,there was also no problems getting into the caravan no queuing up as the key was in a safe all in all it was a pleasure to say in such a lovely caravan on a really well organised site

Plenty of space around the caravan for our children to play. A very good price for a stunning caravan which was only a few minutes walk to the pool/showbar. Would definetly return, could not fault.
