The property

The Caravan has a large open plan Kitchen, diner lounge area with TV and fireplace, there are three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms, a shower and two toilets. There are good views of the sea and coast from the caravan. Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own linen, sheets, pillowcases, towels etc. Passes for all activities can be purchased at reception. If you prefer to explore the area you have all the lovely Devon countryside and coast right on your door step and the Dartmoor National Park is only 30 min away.

Exeter 11.5 miles.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. In terms of visitor attractions and coastal lifestyle you won’t find much better than Exmouth.
