The property

We are a private let and our caravan Deluxe plus, is situated in a prime location with views over the bay with spacious wrap around decking area with tables and chairs.

We take great care to ensure our caravan is well maintained and and looked after, for our enjoyment also. Lovely sea view across the bay, 5 minute walk to the entertainment complex, and 5/7 minute walk to access the blue flag Sandy bay beach. Situated on a quieter area of the park, but with a great view from the front decking area looking over the Sea, and with additional space surrounding as we have a corner plot. We have a designated parking spot right next to the caravan, and there are additional visitor parking spots situated nearby( these would be subject to availability depending on how busy the park is, but based on a first come, first served basis) It comprises of one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, and a Double Sofa bed in the lounge, therefore we can accommodate up to 8 people.

There is a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink unit; and an additional separate toilet with sink. Fully equipped galley style kitchen, with built in gas oven, extractor fan, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, and all cutlery and dining sets. There is warm air heating in all bedrooms and a gas fire in the lounge.

All windows are double glazed.

There is 43”smart TV providing access to Free view channels.

Internet channels can be accessed via a dongle (currently not supplied, available on request in the near future) SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY WE CAN OFFER SHORT STAYS: 3 night minimum stay Friday -Monday 4 night stay, Monday - Friday 7 night stay, Friday - Friday or Saturday - Saturday ALL BED LINEN AND DUVETS/PILLOWS ARE PROVIDED, AND THE BEDS WILL BE MADE UP READY FOR YOUR ARRIVAL. PLEASE NOTE COST OF PASSES IS NOT INCLUDED.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. In terms of visitor attractions and coastal lifestyle you won’t find much better than Exmouth.
