Firstly Clare, I do feel sorry for how you feel
We are UK based and travel to Australia sometimes for a holiday
I am sorry if our beautiful caravan wasn't up to your standards Clare and will always do our best to rectify a problem as most things are done through the camp
As you can see by all of our other 5 star reviews something clearly is very odd
However Clare you did forget to mention or even thank us for the £100 voucher that you received to spend at the restaurant and a bottle of wine you received for your trouble
Oh and by the way Clare it was actually a different cleaner that informed us of the mess of the van yesterday
