Our caravan has amazing open views of the bay and Isle of Wight in S.E, with a panorama of Downs round to Corfe Castle and the NW with very little obstruction from other vans.
View includes steam railway trains running along the valley!
It does not feel at all like so many tightly packed caravan parks, and is not overlooked despite being so open.
From inside the van you almost have to move to the right spot to see other vans, usually just their roof.
(We waited years for this plot to come free, and then upgraded the van to suit the site.)

King size bed with en-suite loo and shower and in the second bedroom larger-than-normal 3ft beds were also part of the reason we purchased this van.
It is well positioned in a quiet and low traffic area, with excellent access to nature reserve, cliff walks and Jurassic coast.

We provide a map to help you arrive stress free and a set of notes about staying in our van when you are fully booked and balance paid (or on request).

Saturday to Saturday bookings normally but check the availability for dates and prices.
We are unsure how suitable the van is for young children under 5.
