    “My family and I recently stayed here for a week, and it exceeded all our expectations!”

    The caravan was spotless upon our arrival, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the clubhouse and not far from Rockley Sands. We had an absolutely fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

The property

Sheric Roost is the perfect base for a fun packed family holiday or a romantic getaway! Sheric Roost itself consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room area seating up to 6 people.

There is also a large lounge area, providing ample room to enjoy family time.

The lounge has a smart TV with Netflix, Prime and Now TV provided, electric fire, double sofa bed and double doors leading out onto the veranda. The main shower room has a large shower, toilet, basin and storage. There is then the twin bedroom which has a wardrobe, radiator, window and mirror. The main bedroom has an en-suite toilet, king size bed, with fitted wardrobes, cupboards, dressing table in bay window and smart TV with Netflix provided. WIFI is provided in the caravan for free. Outside area with grass and parking. We are situated in the very convenient area of Central Park. **Please note, the play passes are not included, these will need to be purchased separately.** In order to purchase a Play Pass online in advance of your Holiday you will need to select a break with a duration of 4 nights from Monday to Friday, 3 nights from Friday to Monday, 7 nights from Monday, Friday and Saturday or 14 nights from Monday, Friday and Saturday. *If booking between the months of November and end of March, please note the onsite facilities will be closed, it will be accommodation only.*

Sandbanks 5 miles; Bournemouth 5.3 miles.

The town of Poole is dominated by one of the world's biggest natural harbours, which features five pine clad islands and regular boat trips. The largest of these islands is Brownsea Island, where Baden Powell began the Scout Movement. To the west is the 'Isle of Purbeck', which offers visitors scenic countryside, dotted with quaint villages and stunning seascapes, plus Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Corfe Castle are well worth a visit. The local beaches at Sandbanks provide excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports. Alternatively, visit the neighbouring family friendly seaside resort of Bournemouth and within driving distance is the fascinating New Forest National Park. An excellent holiday destination at any time of the year.
