Main bathroom has shower with toilet, basin, and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 1 has king size bed with toilet, basin ensuite, 32 inch wall mounted tv.
Also has a dressing area with wardrobe, dressing table and stool and hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 has 2 3ft single beds with bedside cabinet, wardrobe and 22 inch wall mounted tv and hairdryer.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds with bedside cabinet and wardrobe plus 19 inch wall mounted tv.
ELECTRIC CARS are not allowed to charge next to caravan, as the electric going into caravan is too low.
Haven have installed electric charging points in the main car park by reception.
We use Haven approved cleaning company to do our changeover cleans.
Entertainment passes:
7 nights off peak Adult £51 Child £25 3 bedroom capped at £245
7 nights peak Adult £83 Child £40 3 bedroom capped at £373
The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday.
We will require a refundable security bond of £100 to cover any damage, loss or breakages.
This will be returned to you 2 days after the departure date, subject to no damage.
This is just in case any damage or extra clean needed.
If the site has to close and the holiday is cancelled refund will be given or we can change your dates for you.
If for any reason you cancel and the site is open no refund will be given once the balance is paid 6 weeks before.
All we ask is you leave the caravan as you would expect to find it.
Any spillages, including wine, drinks or nail varnish must be cleaned up without staining the carpets.
NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN BEDROOMS.
3, 7, 10 or 14-night breaks.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is 10am.
Please do not overstay as the cleaning company will be waiting to come in.
Entertainment passes are not included in the price.
Buses run from Littlesea camp to Weymouth Town Centre every 30 minutes during peak season which saves parking charges.
Plenty to do on Littlesea including indoor/outdoor swimming pools, adventure golf, tennis courts, amusement arcades, clubhouse and children's play area.
Papa Johns Pizza on complex and they will deliver to your caravan.
Spar shop, Launderette and a Traditional fish and chip shop are all on site.
