The caravan was both comfortable and well equipped with appliances, a smart TV in the lounge and two further TV's, in two of the three bedrooms.
Outside we particularly appreciated the elevated, secure (for our little dog) decking areas to the front and side, together with the convenience of the private tarmac parking space a few feet from the door. The outside lighting over the front veranda and adjacent to the kitchen door deserves a mention, it is both very pretty and functional.
The caravan was obviously well maintained, nothing was broken and everything worked perfectly. None of the fittings or furnishings had a "tired" feel about them.
The location may not have the views of "Bay View" where we have previously stayed at Littlesea, but the lagoon, Chesil beach and the sea beyond are clearly visible from the front veranda and it is just a two minute stroll to the water's edge.
The location is also very convenient for access to the Haven site facilities which cannot be seen from the caravan, nor was there ever any noise either. And yet the facilities were located less than a two minute stroll away. We cannot comment on the Haven facilities as we never use them. But they seemed very popular with families and younger adults.
This holiday home is clearly the pride and joy of the owners' and all they ask is that it is treated with the care they would do when staying there.
Arnie is a pleasure to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions, by text, email and phone, whatever is the customer's preference. Receipts and booking confirmations were promptly sent out, in fact he could not have been more helpful. We found him to be a man of honesty and integrity to do business with.
There is no WiFi in the caravan, but we took a cheap 4G router along fitted with a PAYG "Smarty" sim card and the WiFi worked very well. Or alternatively, simply access the internet through your phone's mobile data.
