“Caravan was tired and grubby
Dining table legs loose and wobbly, blinds in tiolets bent and damaged shower door covered in lime scale rusty radiator
All windows and mirrors dirty the is endless .”
We left on the 5th of June at 9am
We did not question the cost of the caravan but feel when we got there we were mugged We have images to back this up.
hi im very sorry to hear to you have complaints about the caravan as weve only ever recieved good reviews and feedback. It's such a shame you never called or informed anyone while you were there as these issues could have been rectified, the next guests may now have damaged blinds. I will speak to the maintenance team to tighten the screws on the dining table, the kitchen worktops and cabinet fronts and fridge freezer are less than 6 months old (dated??)The bathroom radiator is in need of changing as this will be done this year. I've spoken to the cleaner to make them aware of your complaint, i have also spoken to the current guests , and they are more than impressed with the van.The table has been tightened ,Think there is a hidden agenda as the maintenance team can’t find any fault in the blinds and can’t understand your complaints?
