“The caravan kitchen & living area were dirty/unclean, kitchen area unit doors & cooker had not been cleaned, the airfryer was dirty.”
There was meant to be condiments? There was none! There was tea bags & sugar & a scraping of coffee. As for cleaning items, there was a dirty looking dish cloth, fairy, bleach, & 2 spray bottles under sink with hardly anything in them. There was a smell of wet dog In living area the window & patio doors were child/dog prints- not been cleaned. The plant pot at entry door had cigarette butts in it not a nice look. Kitchen window didn’t open. There was no instructions at all about how to use anything or about the park. Said there was board games, only saw a pack of cards. I messaged the owner after arriving & he said he would pass on to cleaners, then when I messaged again on the Thursday about things he said he was going on Friday to address the situation. Even though I wiped the worktops with wipes, we went out & bought paper plates & plastic cups & straws for making a sandwich & ate out every day for main meal. We bought a spray to keep spraying in living area.
Not the holiday accommodation we had hoped for!!
