“We had a lovely weekend stay with friends.”

The caravan was in a lovely spot and really clean with all the facilities you would need The owner Sarah was always available to contact and quick with her response times A lovely weekend( apart from weather???????) and I’m sure we’ll be back

Caravan was exceptionally clean throughout and had superb WIFI and also some games for me to play with my 8 year old daughter Everything worked perfectly and was in great working order Will definitely return for another visit. We both loved it!

“We are a family of 5 with 3 little boys, we had an amazing time there, the caravan was comfy and very clean, everything worked as it should of and I always knew that if I had any issues I could contact the owner and they would have it sorted for us ASAP.”

Had a very good connection with the owner and communication was always excellent. Would definitely stay in their caravan again and if they have any others around I would definitely be interested in looking at them. Caravan was clean and spacious we felt at home straight away. We used it as base while we attended an event at Goodwood and we found the commute easy even with the traffic and the contact from the owner was great so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend, and thank you for a great stay.

“We had an amazing few days away the caravan is absolutely perfect has everything you need the sky tv and wifi was an excellent bonus.”

The caravan was lovely and clean on arrival and had all the amenities I usually forget, T-towels, washing liquid etc. Sarah is excellent at communicating and couldn’t have been more helpful when I was struggling to book passes online. We will be coming to stay again I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

Really put my mind at ease. Amazing to find a dog friendly caravan at a reasonable price and in a great location for walks. Lots of added extras in the caravan which made it even nicer. Very clean and great facilities. Would definitely book again.

Our dog also enjoyed her stay as we were right near a dog walk. The teenagers appreciated the wifi. Really nice caravan and nice area.

Great ongoing communication with Sarah the owner throughout , including onsite directions to the caravan the day before we arrived. Caravan had everything we needed and more for our stay. Really good price. Plenty places to go and things to do nearby including the Mary Rose museum for a rainy day. Would definitely book again.

Added bonus of outdoor seating and umbrella for shade. Very well equipped and with personal touches that made it feel homely. It is situated near to dog walks leading to Pagham Harbour but also easy walk to amenities. Would book again.

“I cannot fault the accommodation, and the service that the owner provided.”

It was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We were lucky enough to grab a couple of days away in the beautiful sunshine, the park and the beaches nearby were exactly what we needed. The walk to Pagham beach, and then back via Pagham harbour to the holiday park was beautiful, very scenic, and teaming with wildlife. Again we were luckily, and watched 4 or 5 seals in the harbour. “Absolutely lovely caravan, very clean and tidy.”

Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. The bed was made up ready for our arrival and was very comfortable. TV in the bedroom was a bonus as i struggle to sleep. The owner was fantastic and kept us informed of all we needed to know and answered any questions we had swiftly. Thankyou for allowing us to stay, we hope to book again sometime in the future.

A unique feature of Sarah's caravan is the full-size single bed which is fab. Games for the children and adults are great extras and the outdoor dining area is a bonus too. The caravan is situated close to the golf course and lovely, dog-friendly walks. Sarah is a brilliant host and always on hand to answer any questions.

“Great accomodation at well kept caravan park.”

The booking process from start to finish was smooth, information provided and a great communication from the owner throughout the stay. The caravan we stayed in was clean, welcoming and had much more what caravans usually offer. It was nice to find all the kitchen essentials and items such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil, cleaning products even the dogs bags and food! Yes, dogs are welcome too! We even had a fan! It was a massive bonus in the hot weather. We recommend to book this accommodation knowing that you will get it all and a bit more, that personal touch what you usually don't get if staying in the park's caravan. Thank you Sarah!

PAGHAM

Bognor Regis 4.5 miles; Chichester 7 miles.

Resting on the English border, between the sea and land is the idyllic village of Pagham. Perched on the harbour, this small village houses a protected Nature Reserve, allowing nature to flourish, ideal for those for those who love birdwatching. Moreover, many of the buildings within the village are bungalow dwellings which have been crafted from old railway carriages, as well as shops, a selection of three ale and beer pubs and one of the finest churches of its kind, St. Thomas à Becket. You will also find a shingle beach resting on the coastline with a reputation for being one of the sunniest places in the UK. The beach is superb for swimming, yachting, windsurfing, walking and the historic point of interest, the World War II Mulberry Harbour platform.
