“A lovely, clean and homely caravan.”

Had everything you would need on a caravan holiday. Located a short 2 minute walk from all the main area (arcade, entertainment club and swimming pools) Great communication with owner, helpful in signing us in so we could access to buy our entertainment passes direct with Haven. Will definitely book again with owner. Many thanks

Had a wonderfull weekend away the caravan was lovely clean and had everything you could need the caravan park was great kids loved the pools and the arcade had a great pizza at restaurant and Debbie the owner was really helpful perfect

“Very pleasant spontaneous last minute stay at Church Farm.”

Caravan was great, had everything we needed and a few nice extra touches. Nice grass area with garden furniture next to the van where we could have coffee/eat and watch the kids play with their new 'best' friends on the large grass area in the centre of the vans. Really close to walk to facilities, but not so close to hear any unwanted noise. Debbie the owner was very helpful and efficient getting the booking set up and it was not for a standard length of time and came back to me very quickly with the answers to my questions. Church Farm is a lovely site, with great facilities and lovely beach.

Our three bedroom caravan is our personal family holiday home so comes with all the comfort you would need. It is located in Commonfield which is close to all amenities but not so close that it’s noisy. Bognor Regis 4.5 miles; Chichester 7 miles.

Resting on the English border, between the sea and land is the idyllic village of Pagham. Perched on the harbour, this small village houses a protected Nature Reserve, allowing nature to flourish, ideal for those for those who love birdwatching. Moreover, many of the buildings within the village are bungalow dwellings which have been crafted from old railway carriages, as well as shops, a selection of three ale and beer pubs and one of the finest churches of its kind, St. Thomas à Becket. You will also find a shingle beach resting on the coastline with a reputation for being one of the sunniest places in the UK. The beach is superb for swimming, yachting, windsurfing, walking and the historic point of interest, the World War II Mulberry Harbour platform. Close by is the seaside resort of Bognor Regis and further afield is the cathedral city of Chichester, each housing amenities and attractions to suit all ages and tastes. Pagham promises a quaint base for touring West Sussex.
