“Fabulous homely caravan with everything we needed.”
Great location on park.
Park itself, came across as peaceful and very friendly staff.
Only one suggestion would be to have a sports bar/pub on site with a sky Tv or large Tv at least so when a major sports/league game is showing we could have stayed on site, instead we spent money eleswhere.
Thanks for a great stay.
Thank you very much for your feedback I am happy to hear that you had an enjoyable stay.
Pre COVID the Mash & Barrel used to have an area with a large screen TV which would show all major events/games etc, another victim of the COVID Virus I'm afraid.

The property
This Willerby Salsa features an open-plan living area making the most out of the space available, with a big corner sofa in the lounge and a smaller sofa in the opposite corner – which is also seating for the dining table and a couple of extra stools.
You’ll get at least four of you sitting around that table for a big family meal, easy.
And six at a push.
The TV unit has storage above and below.
And the big window behind the couch stretches almost wall-to-wall.
Then you’ve got a modern walk through ‘galley style’ kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, the bedrooms and a secondary bathroom – meaning the bedrooms stay spacious enough for everyone and the halls don’t become too narrow.
All the rooms in the Willerby Salsa are lovely, big enough, and great value for money.
The master bedroom has a nice amount of storage-space, with a shelf wardrobe in there too.
There is a gas fire in the living room and warm air heaters in the bedrooms to keep you toasty, this is a well proportioned caravan for the larger family at an affordable price.
The caravan is situated on a large plot of grass called Green Acre, perfect for younger families wanting to allow children to play with others in an open space that can be viewed by all pitches.

About the location
PAGHAM
Bognor Regis 4.5 miles; Chichester 7 miles.
Resting on the English border, between the sea and land is the idyllic village of Pagham. Perched on the harbour, this small village houses a protected Nature Reserve, allowing nature to flourish, ideal for those for those who love birdwatching. Moreover, many of the buildings within the village are bungalow dwellings which have been crafted from old railway carriages, as well as shops, a selection of three ale and beer pubs and one of the finest churches of its kind, St. Thomas à Becket. You will also find a shingle beach resting on the coastline with a reputation for being one of the sunniest places in the UK. The beach is superb for swimming, yachting, windsurfing, walking and the historic point of interest, the World War II Mulberry Harbour platform. Close by is the seaside resort of Bognor Regis and further afield is the cathedral city of Chichester, each housing amenities and attractions to suit all ages and tastes. Pagham promises a quaint base for touring West Sussex.
